ZillowVERIFIED Adam is awesome! As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and Adam was there every step of the way. He was always there for us and responded quickly to emails and text messages which was amazing. He also was willing to meet us to look at houses when we needed to since we were only available at certain times and lived out of the area before finding our new house. I definitely recommend Adam. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED Adam helped me purchase my home in the Frankfort. I moved here from out of state and knew almost nothing about the Frankfort area. We discussed why I was moving and what type of amenities I would like in the community I decided to live in. Based on this information, Adam guided me to a home in a great location based on my needs and what I liked. I am very happy with the outcome! I would recommend Adam to anyone looking to purchase or sell real estate in Frankfort.

ZillowVERIFIED We just recently bought our house in Frankfort, and Adam was our realtor. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the different areas in Frankfort. Because we just moved to here, we did not know the area very well. He drove us around different neighborhoods in Frankfort and explained pros and cons of each neighborhood. We are very happy with our home. Highly recommend Adam if you are looking to buy a house.Thank you! Adam.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam's awesome! Just sold my house in Joliet, IL. He's a total pro, knows his stuff, was able to accommodate my hectic schedule. I'm very happy I chose him- having been through this I doubt the house would've sold for the price it did using someone else.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam is fantastic. He helped me buy my first house, he helped iron out all the details, negotiate a great deal and get into my first home, all within 3 months. So fast. He also arranged all the inspections, had numbers for contractors and other folks to do any work I needed to be done. He was also available after closing. Thank you, Adam, for all your work.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam is honest, smart, and extremely diligent. He worked very, very hard to find us our perfect home-- and succeeded on the first try! AND subsequent to the purchase, Adam has gone above and beyond by consistently providing valuable advice on home ownership and connecting us with his extensive network of home improvement contacts-- evidence that he is not only an excellent realtor, but an excellent friend as well! I would confidently recommend Adam to anyone interested in navigating the often confusing and scary real estate market in search of their perfect home. He will get it for you!!

ZillowVERIFIED Adam helped us find our first home, and as a first-time homebuyer, I had many questions and worries. He seemed to always be one step ahead and offered a variety of solutions or scenarios to anything that arose. Overall, the process felt smooth and easy, and, except for the waiting, very low stress. ZillowVERIFIED Adam Mendez is the most UNPROFESSIONAL individual I have ever had to deal with. He does not respond to phone calls or emails making him completely unreachable and virtually useless. Even when trying to cancel my MLS with Adam, his lack of action prevented me from acquiring a new agent essentially holding the sale of my house hostage.I will never again involve myself with this guy and would strongly recommend others think twice before entering any kind of agreement with him.
