ZillowVERIFIED Purchased two properties with Adam's help. Highly recommend! One house on Wadmalaw Island and one in Summerville South Carolina. Both houses required quite a few listings with a few offers given which Adam handled expeditiously. He was very supportive and patient with my husband and I and especially working with my parents for a house in Summerville as the market was a sellers market and the listings were under contract on most houses after a day or two.

For the last 7 years Adam has saved my arse a number of times when it came to my house and issues. Need a contractor? Adam has a person. Need a POC for someone who isn't answering the phone? Adam can find them. Need a solution to an impossible problem? Adam can fix it. He is single handedly the greatest realtor and human I know. He will work doggedly to make sure you are happy and have everything you need. Adam recently sold the same house he sold me, and he is as much of a pitbull now as he was back then. Adam can do whatever in the universe you need him to do and he won't let you down.

I contacted Adam per the recommendation of a friend, and we were thrilled with him from our first meeting with him! Adam is very professional and thorough and was happy to walk us through the process of buying a home. He and his team are very organized (they give you a binder upon your first meeting with detailed information on each step of the process), and quick to respond with any little question we had along the way. As two people who work full time, we had no issue with arranging times on weekends/after work/during lunch breaks to see homes or to do paperwork. We never felt pressured or persuaded by him. He would make suggestions on offers or repairs along the way, but was never pushy or "salesman" like as we had been warned of in potential realtors. My husband and I were retiring from Illinois to SC, and I was only able to spend a few days in South Carolina to find a new home. Adam cleared his schedule and spent 3 full days as well as a few evenings helping me find the right home for us. After seeing more than 20 properties we happily found just the right place. By that time, however, it was time for me to go back to Illinois and it was left to Adam to handle everything that needed to be done. He negotiated the deal, arranged to be at the home for inspections, obtained estimates from multiple contractors for repairs that we wanted completed for us while we were still in Illinois, and is even arranging to supervise the actual repair work in our absence. Adam was unfailingly patient in answering questions and responding to my many, texts, emails and phone calls with total professionalism.By the way, he also guided my daughter and son-in-law through the purchase of their first home. He was always very responsive if we had questions and was always the one who fought for us when things got sticky. Out car even broke down one day and he rescheduled his day and spent the entire afternoon with us coordinating the tow truck, driving me to get the rental car, and calling the garage to set everything up.
