ReviewAdam was an excellent realtor for us. He was straightforward, honest and provided us full transparency on the process. His team was accommodating when it was time for pictures and provided us a fabulous showcase of our home which enabled us to be under contract 24 hours after listing. With our family being in the military things are never permanent and Adam was excellent in handling these challenges and understanding our situation. If you are looking for a realtor call him hes the best in town hands down!

Review I have personally recommended Adam to friends and coleagues on many occasions. This year he assisted me in finding and purchasing a home. IN the past I have worked with him to sell a home and he managed a property of mine while I was living out of state. Absolutely a top notch professional who knows his business and can be counted on to represent you as a client and provide honest and timely advice.

Review Adam and his team are great. They managed our house for a number of years while traveling under military orders around the world. When we were ready to sell they got us a buyer right away. Is a one stop shop for all of your property management or realtor service. Great job everyone there.

Review We were long term rental property owners with Adam and it was perfect. Since we were moving all over the place with the military, having a "home team" looking out for us was awesome and he took care of everything. We completely trusted Adam and the team to look out for our best interests. When the time came to sell, we obviously used Adam, and he made the process quick and painless for us and we got a great buyer. Had a great sale experience and although we are sad to cut ties with the region, Adam and the team literally made it possible for us to keep the rental property for so long and then sell it, all without ever setting foot in Connecticut for like 10 years! Thank you all.

Review Adam helped me buy a home, rent it out after I received transfer orders, and helped me sell it when I learned I would not be coming back. Throughout each of these processes, he always answered his phone, provided sound advice and directly led to the timely sale during the Covid pandemic. I recommend him without hesitation for any housing need, and trust him unequivocally.

Review Adam is the best choice for a realtor. I was a first time home buyer, so I had a lot of questions. He always had an expert answer or opinion. Adam helped our family through the entire process and never left us uninformed. He also runs a great property management company. Before our purchase, we rented with him for years.

Review Adam Mancini was very realistic doing an initial walk through to highlight the main area to spruce up or declutter. He listens and keeps you in consideration; this was shown when He helped us make decisions which were in line with our priorities. He went above and beyond assisting us and was able to coordinate services for us that we did not have the time to coordinate. His knowledge of the local area was also instrumental for a quick close at a good price. Adam Mancini is your go to full service realtor for buying or selling.

Review If I could give 10 stars to Adam Mancini, I would. He is thorough, knowledgeable, prompt, and very kind.He replies promptly to texts and email. Adam is also honest and does what he says he is going to do. We had an out of state real state sale. This type of sale comes with its own set of stress. Adam was the completely there for us. I would trust Adam with any sale or purchase of a home. He is compassionate for both sides of the transaction. The process for us was as easy and fast. Our home was on March 27th. Purchased agreement signed the next day and closed on May 4th.

Review Adam and his team are the best in SE CT! We have know him and his parents since 2005. Under his leadership/oversight and customer service focused work ethic, our property was a rental property until May 2019. Adam then negotiated, planned, and drove the final stretch until our home was sold.We couldn't be happier with Adam, his team and his business colleagues (Legal - Attorney, Finance - Bank, and connections with municipal points of contact). You will be fully satisfied with the product / service attention to detail.

Review Over the 10 years since I moved out of my CT home, Adam and his team have managed the property, providing the utmost exceptional service, finding great tenants, keeping the home in tip-top shape, and maintaining reliable, professional, and timely communication with me. When I decided to sell, he went beyond the expected, coordinating and arranging needed upgrades and negotiating the sale. Often, when I called, he was at the home managing the work. His knowledge and sage advice was tremendous in helping us sell the house, obtaining multiple offers and quickly selling over our asking price. He has always been reliable, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I recommended Adam and the McBride team with the highest recommendation without any reservations!

Review Adam is a true professional and is extremely helpful and a very nice man. He managed our property for 5 years and sold it for top dollar in 2018 within 16 days. He is exceptional at his job, he knows his clients and properties, the market and human nature. I have dealt with other real estate agents in the past, and there was no comparing several we have ever dealt with to Mr. Mancini and his staff. They are excellent and a joy to work with. Review Adam Mancini is a true professional in every way. My dad is a retired real estate in Southern Calif, so I think I know what it takes. The sale of our home in CT was done remotely with us living in VA. Meaning, Adam had to do virtually everything from keeping us informed to advising us on the market and situations that came up in what I believe was/is a very slow market. He did a superb job. The bottom line, I would always want to know if you meaning me would use this person/professional again in the same circumstance. Absolutely, yes.

Review We can't recommend Adam high enough for his help in selling our house. Due to the tough market and personal situation, we needed to short sell a house we had been renting for about 5 years, while we were living on the other side of the country. The house also had some updating and recent maintenance issues that we couldn't be there to take care of. He willingly handled everything that needed to get done to a) get it on the market, b) respond to requests from offerers, and c) get it closed. It was a long drawn out process, but he kept us informed all along and helped with our communications with the bank. I would happily work with him again if I got the chance. Thank you Adam!

Review Adam is AMAZING! Hands down the very best that there is out there! We bought our gorgeous new home from afar (San Diego to CT) and Adam made it so super easy! He was very detailed, thorough, honest, and professional! He did FaceTime with us on every single home that we looked at- and even took us through the neighborhoods virtually! It doesn't get much better than that. He was a pleasure to work with through the entire process! Thank you Adam...we'll definitely work with you again!!!

Review Adam listed my house in March 2016. I expected that I would need to reduce the selling price because of the local market. I was very nervous that the house would be on the market for months. I had plan to move out of state by the end of May 2016. Adam was professional and responded right away to my every phone call. Adam was able to secure a contract for purchase within a matter of days at full asking price. I would contact Adam again to assist me with real estate needs should I move back to Southeastern Connecticut.

Review We were told that others had good experiences with Adam. We started off looking to rent and then decided to buy. We had a favorite house on zillow. My wife made the 14 hour drive up to Connecticut and Adam took a couple hours showing my wife a few properties in the area. We made an offer that evening. Most of our interaction was through telephone, e-mail, and text. We were able to close 30 days afterward. Adam is very knowledgeable and friendly. It was great working with him.

Review Could not have asked for a better property manager and real estate agent! Adam managed my rental in CT after I was transferred to CA. He took care of if the tenants and kept the property rented without a gap. When it was time to sell, he handled everything and got me the best possible selling price for the market. I never had to leave CA for any of it. I can't recommend him highly enough, especially to other military members. He knows our unique situation better than any other agent I knew in 21 years of service.
