We bought a house using Cody Dunham as our agent; he was also the selling agent. I truly believe this worked in our favor because Cody was able to negotiate directly from us to the seller with no "middle man". We were able to get our offer accepted because Cody listened to our situation and wants/desires and was able to convince the seller our offer would work for them. Any questions or issue that came up was quickly handled by Cody calling the sellers directly. He is always available by phone and met us at the new home several times (it was vacant) during the process. He even threw us a "Welcome Home" party upon closing, complete with champagne and very nice housewarming gifts! I highly recommend Cody as either your selling or buyer's agent, or both!

Mason was awesome. He was constantly in contact and letting me know where I was in the process. He worked regularly with my mortgage Lender to ensure the process was moving. When the first house fell through, he immediately set up a long afternoon/evening so I could move forward with finding a home I loved. When there were any delays with the mortgage lender, he was very quick to get a response to let me know where I stood. I would absolutely recommend Mason to my closest family members and friends and to anyone else. He was wonderful.
