We live in Arizona but Adam was able to do all signatures digitally so we did not need to return to the property, he handled everything after our initial meeting. The technology he uses to sell homes is top notch. We hope to return to CA eventually and when we do, we will be calling Adam again.

I can't stress enough if you are on the fence on who you are going to use, use Adam. His assistant Jeanette was amazing with our paperwork as well, which made the process smooth. ZillowVERIFIED Adam helped a client of mine that was the executor for his mother's estate. It was a messy probate case. We had another realtor at the beginning. She just was not going to get the property sold. We fell out of escrow three times before firing her. She said we could not get financing, would not sell the property for the asking price and felt the client was completely unreasonable. Adam found financing, found a buyer and we were in escrow after just five days! He worked very well with the client and with me through the court process. He was amazing!

ZillowVERIFIED From day one, Adam showed consistent professionalism. Yet, to his credit, his professionalism wasn't over the top, but had a rather down to earth and easy going approach. Very friendly, upfront, and honest. Honesty is very important when dealing in realestate transactions involving large sums of money and lots of very detailed paper work. I have to admit that I had my reservations about Adam in the beginning, but now that our transaction has closed, I can say that he was on point. One of the reservations that I had regarding Adam, was that he was young, which could translate to some as inexperienced. But, Adam proved that to be a falacy. If anything, being young was to his advantage. He was motivated, on time, not overworked with more homes on the market than he could manage, communicated very well throughout the whole process, and was very eager to assist in any way he could during our transition from one house to another. Plus, since we were selling our home from across the country, he was up to date on newest ways to electronically sign documents from afar. Some sellers also tend to be a bit intimidated by the whole process of selling a home, as we were! But he quickly put us at ease with a detailed explanation of the process and what to expect. His estimation of the our property's home (CMA) was right on target with the buyers appraisal and with what we felt our home was worth. Plus, his method of advertising really payed off for us. We had an offer within the first 24 hours of listing and the house sold in less than 3 weeks on the market during the least advantageous month of year for realestate transactions, between Thanksgiving and Christmas! My wife and I have absolutely no regrets with making the decision to go with Adam Kelly as our realtor. He has our highest confidence and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell realestate.

I needed a realtor I could count on for above and beyond items, and the Kelly's shined brightly! The house was in escrow in less than 1 week! They were attentive to the little ?? details, not just the important ones like showing the property. (Our neighbor called me to tell me they were bringing a vacuum in to freshen up the carpets after the home sitting vacant during the failed listings.)
