ZillowVERIFIED Adam and Jackie not only sold our house but found our next house in Minneapolis. The process was easy to follow and for being the selling of a one home and the buying of a new place, stress free. They were on everything and nothing was left to surprise or aEURoeoopsaEUR? as we hear from many friends who did not use Sothebys. The communication was informative, friendly, and to the point. It was concierge level service. Many times we have worked in the past with firms that you need a shovel to find the bar set by those agents. With Adam and Jackie this was never an issue. We cannot thank them enough to make this process one to remember for all the right reasons.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam helped my husband and I buy a home and sell our home. He was incredibly helpful with negotiations for the purchase of our new home and sale of our current home. Hes timely with his responses and very knowledgeable in services in our area. We needed HVAC work done and he was able to provide us with contacts to local businesses right away. The process of buying a home and selling one at the same time while raising a family and working can be very stressful but Adam made the whole process better than we could have imagined.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Adam has been a great pleasure. He is a personal professional expert on the housing market. He has always produced timely results relative to the market. He is responsive to communication and keeps you informed throughout the process. This is the second home we have sold and second home we have purchased through Adam. We will continue to use and recommend Adam. Our extended family has used Adam for well over 10 real-estate transactions. Depending on the type of transaction, you may also work with his wife Jackie who is an equally fun and professional to work with. We recommend both with 5 stars.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam was great to work with during the sale of our place. He helped weigh our options when choosing between offers even if accepting a slightly lower offer meant less for his team. It was great getting to know Adam, even sharing experiences outside of real estate.

ZillowVERIFIED After being referred to Adam from a couple of different people I contacted Adam. Adam answered his phone and was interested in helping get our property sold after previously being listed with another company. Adam gave us an honest option of the price that our house was going to sell at and provided documentation to back up his opinion. Adam arranged for excellent photographs of the property and got the listing up fast. Adam and his team found a cash buyer in less than two weeks. Adam was always available and very responsive. Adam was a huge asset as a listing agent and was flexible when working with us as sellers. Adam also played a huge roll in negotiation and assisted with an agreement being made in a timely fashion. Thanks for everything Adam.

ZillowVERIFIED We sold our lake house through Adam Kalenberg. We had it listed last year through a different company last year for several months and it didnt sell. Adam helped us get it sold within a few weeks. Adam and Exit Realty did an exceptional job explaining the process, answering our questions, marketing our home and getting it sold. We highly recommend Adam and Exit Realty!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Adam Kalenberg at Exit Reality to sell our condo in Breezy Point and I would highly recommend him as a real estate agent. We initially started with another real estate agent and after not selling for a year, we were contacted by Chad Schwendeman's agency. Since our initial contract had expired, we called Exit Reality, spoke with Adam and decided to sign with them. We were immediately impressed with the level of communication, advertising and professionalism. He put our listing out in numerous publications and on-line. He sent us clippings of our listing and was in constant communication by mail. It is very clear that they have an extensive network in the Brainerd area and know how to sell into this market. Within a few months we had a solid offer and sold our condo. During the negotiation, Adam was in constant communication by text and phone with good advice along the way. The closing company was in the same building as the agency, making a close very convenient. In fact, Adam came over to congratulate us after the close. We were exceptionally pleased with Adam and Exit Reality. I don't think we would have sold our unit in a timely manner without them.

ZillowVERIFIED We had been looking at properties for years with no success. We were fortunate to meet Adam Kalenberg who helped us find a property that was perfect for us and which the rest of the market had missed. We had to close very quickly to meet some impossible deadlines. I have bought a few properties and I didn't think we could get it all done, but Adam managed somehow to keep everyone on track and everything happened as planned. Since then we have referred others to Adam and everyone has come back with glowing reviews as well. Adam is experienced, reliable, honest, and hard working and we will call on him again.

ZillowVERIFIED We had previously listed with another realtor who didn't do much to advertise for us. After 6 months we signed up with Exit & Adam got the ball rolling & sold our house within the first week! He always kept us informed about showings etc. We wish we had listed with Exit in the first place. Thanks Adam!

ZillowVERIFIED Awesome, Amazing, A++ - We had Adam sell a home for us. As anyone that has ever sold a home before knows, things always come up, that arent expected. With us living 400 miles away, it wasnt easy to just run over to the property to take care of things. Adam handled things for us and kept us in the loop on everything. Thanks you, Adam! If were every looking to rebuy in the area, youll be our fist call.
