ZillowVERIFIED I was helping my 93 year old maiden aunt sell her home as her power of attorney, and I was over a 1000 miles away. Adam had good advice about AZ law, and suggested a I prepare Beneficiary Deed for her to sign, just as a precaution, in the event she were to pass away before the house transaction was complete. Fortunately it wasn't needed, but it would have saved about $8,000 in legal fees and 2 months of hassles if it was. He also gave good advice on repairs, marketing, and handled the negotiations and monitoring of the financing and closing in expert fashion. Almost all our interaction was done on short phone calls or texts that were to the point and efficient. Very satisfied customer here. I am glad I picked him to list it.

Then when things were a little slower he shared what was happening in the market and why people might have not selected my property for sale. ZillowVERIFIED The Hamblen Team handled a complex buy and sell situation involving selling two homes and purchasing the ideal multigenerational home layout that would work for everyone within budget. To make it work, we needed a fast sale on both homes in todays slowing market and to a find a seller of our specific needs who was willing to sign a contingent contract. Our second house went on the market days later and sold within 10 days, also above asking and the buyers requested a quick close under 30 days which allowed us to avoid a bridge loan and associated fees.
