I was searching for someone that had excellent communication and negotiation skills along with solid understanding of the various 55+ communities. Kody has a good understanding of the various 55+ communities, which I found to be helpful. I found Kody to be polite during the house hunting process. Albeit there were a several red flags that concerned me related to Kodys communication style, responsiveness, and integrity throughout the process. These concerns were clearly apparent after closing. Would I consider hiring Kody again to represent me in a real estate transaction in the future? Based on my experience I would not.
