ZillowVERIFIEDAdam was wonderful to work with! He helped us find a beach home as a second residence. He is very knowledgeable, understanding, and patient. He was flexible as well, scheduling visits at times that worked for our schedule. He was also flexible with knowing the shore points as our search criteria changed. We never felt pressured or pushed with Adam and always felt he had our best interest in mind. We would highly recommend him to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Adam was an amazing realtor to work with while buying our very first home. His response time is amazing - felt like he was very easy to reach at all times. He also went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and spent so much time explaining things to us as first time homebuyers (regarding making good offers, state of current market, components of a sales contract, etc.). He was ready and willing to make appts ASAP to view any house we were interested in, and gave great advice when we did go. He also took great initiative to make sure emails and info went to all of the right people at the right time, and seemed to always check in when he was needed. I would 100% recommend Adam as a realtor for his knowledge, experience, expertise, friendliness, and reliability.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a realtor then look no further. I had been looking for a year in what is considered a sellers market. I tried a few realtors who did not even make an effort to help me find a home. Then I met Adam and within a few weeks I found the home of my dreams, was able to negotiate a winning bid successfully and made settlement a month later. He walked me through every step of the process and went above and beyond my expectations. Adam is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely hard working - I'm not sure he sleeps! Thank you Adam!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I was in the market to sell my vacation home. I met with multiple realtors that I found on the internet. They all came highly recommended. Only one really listened to me and understood that while it was a much-loved home, it was very old and needed lots of TLC. Adam DAnnunzio and his team were amazing to work with! Throughout the selling process, from our initial meeting to final closing, Adam listened. He developed a selling strategy that brought in lots of potential buyers looking for a aEURoefixer upperaEUR? that resulted in multiple offers. Throughout the selling process, Adam checked in daily with updates and to answer any questions I might have. The entire experience was positive and relatively stress-free. I made the right decision picking Adam DAnnunzio and his team!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently listed and sold our shore condo and purchased a replacement property with Adam. Adam is the absolutely the most professional, diligent, proactive and personable realtor we've ever worked with. We purchased from a long distance so we utilized video walk-through showings where Adam's attention to detail and responsiveness made the unusual process very seamless. Adam always had our interests at the forefront, both on the seller and buyer sides. Adam went above and beyond many times to help our transactions be a complete success, even if it was only just listening and talking through our concerns. I highly recommend Adam for all your realtor needs.

ZillowVERIFIED We looked at homes on and off for years in Ocean City, NJ, but it was not until we started working with Adam that we felt we found a realtor who knew the South Jersey Shore very well and was willing to spend so much time with us. Adam was extremely responsive and would arrange showings of homes we were interested in often with little notice. His calm demeanor, accessibility, and tremendous local knowledge were exactly what we needed.

ZillowVERIFIED I have dealt with over 25 realtors with my business. Adam communication is perfect no matter what time of day. He would email me and then text that he emailed me. He treated my property like is was million dollar property . I cannot give a higher recommendation - he not just list it MLS and walk away like most realtors.

ZillowVERIFIED She is an absolutely amazing person and realtor. My home buying experience wasn't smooth but she was there every step of the way to help and encourage me. We found my dream home very early on and she helped make my dream of being its homeowner come true. Whether it was late night phone calls, multiple walk-throughs, or just helping me just understand what isnt an easy process, I knew I constantly had her on my side and as my support. I recommend her to everyone! She will forever be a valued friend and the main reason my son and I have our beautiful home.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience was different than most. Adam was so helpful throughout the process of looking for our home. We worked with another agent before him who was good, but not great. Adam was great. He offered expert advise as he led us through our purchase. Unforeseen circumstances led us to back out of our contract. Nevertheless, Adam continued to offer his guidance right through to the end. Adam we can't thank you enough for your help. When we do start looking for a home again we will be sure to call him back.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam was exceptional! He was patient as we figured out what we really wanted and he helped us determine the type of property and location on the island. He provided key facts about the pros and cons of different sections of the island and shared in-depth knowledge on many factors including addressing any concerns we had about buying a house near the ocean and everything that comes along with that. He was honest, trustworthy, accessible, responsive, and supportive. Buying this kind of a house for us was a major decision. He understood that, and was a trusted adviser and true advocate for us throughout the process. He helped us every step of the way and after the closing has remained engaged to the point that he even contacted several of the upcoming renters on our behalf to explain the change in ownership. He continues to answer questions from us just as readily as he did when we were searching for our home. His professionalism has helped make the transition from the previous owners to us a truly seamless one.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam DAnnunzio is a definite asset for Keller Williams. I was introduced to Adam by a co-worker who had used his services in 2015 and was very happy with him. I was thankful for the referral for I was also extremely satisfied. I was first impressed when Adam offered to help me find a realtor to sell my current property. Adam is a fantastic listener. There were many times when Adam listened to me and/or questioned me about my desires in order to help me find the right property. Adam was extremely professional but at the same time, shared in my excitement in purchasing a vacation home. Adam was always there for me to answer my questions, to do more work to look for more properties or to investigate aspects of the sale for me. He was great with keeping me informed and was totally honest with input about properties. Adam did what was necessary to make the sale successful. I enjoyed working with Adam thoroughly and would definitely look to Adam for future realtor needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam was our realtor for the purchase of our vacation home in Ocean City, NJ. While this was our third home purchase we were brand new to the beach home market. We found Adam on-line and he immediately became our realtor due to his responsiveness and knowledge of the specific market in Ocean City. We live several hours away with two little boys so we had very limited time to view homes. Adams excellent listening skills and knowledge of the market saved us countless hours as he knew very clearly what we would be interested in. He went above and beyond time and time again including taking us on a video tour of the home that would ultimately become ours as we couldnt make it down to see it. We were comfortable enough with Adam that we placed an offer sight un-seen and then used the 3 day attorney review period to be sure that this was the home for us! Our offer was accepted due to Adams quick response and use of electronic signature as there was another offer and the fastest one to respond to the sellers counter offer got the house!! His recommendations for local resources were also invaluable from the mortgage and title company, carpet and screen repair to simple hints like sign up for Comcast in person locally (so easy, and yes it was Comcast!). He has been an outstanding resource. Adam is honest, trustworthy and someone that is a truly a pleasure to work with. I cant recommend him enough! You will not be disappointed!!
