My husband and I were moving from our house of 30 years in New Jersey to North Carolina where my daughter, son in law, and grandson moved a year ago. Moving to another state and not having the ability to view the homes in person was very risky and scary but with my daughter and Adam on the lookout for new homes, we knew we were in good hands. Adam was available when you needed him, he was knowledgeable in the area, surrounding areas, and when looking at homes, he was very detail oriented. The year (2021) was an unexpected year of change and we decided to sell and get a smaller home and also buy a rental property...all at the same time! Adam made the process so easy and seamless. ZillowVERIFIED Adam contacted me via a cold call to see if I was interested in selling my house in an area he knew to be desirable. I told him I was not but my husband and I owned acreage in Rocky Point that we were holding as an investment that we would be selling eventually. He offer to come to the house to speak with me about it. I assured him that it would be years before it would be put on the market but he wanted to meet anyway. We met for an hour or so after which he volunteered to provide a market analysis. Within a few days, he delivered on his promise. As the years passed, he would check in to see if we were ready to sell, always being professional and never pushy. Recently out of the blue, Adam contacted me to say he had a interested buyer if we were willing to consider selling. They were willing to pay our price so we agreed. Adam, acting in the roll of dual agent, made the process easy and kept us informed throughout. I've worked with a lot of realtors in my life. By far, the experience with Adam was the best.

When we were looking to purchase a home my wife had suggested we call Adam. We scheduled an appointment to look at a few homes and upon first meeting Adam things seemed to click. He was very professional and I felt the need to make some inappropriate jokes to assure him that I was a very easy going person. I am a self employed business owner myself and I know the feeling of meeting with a new customer and presenting yourself with the best possible first impressions. Within minutes of talking with Adam Connolly I was sold. I felt as if he had the best intentions for my family and that it wasnt just about making a sale. We are first time home buyers and I couldnt imagine buying a home without Adams help. Every question we had, Adam was more than willing to answer. Even if I had a question at 7am or 9pm (sorry Adam) he was there to set my mind at ease. I can honestly say that I will never buy another home in this area that Adam Connolly will not be involved with.
