ZillowVERIFIEDI met Adam 5 months before I bought a house. Even though I was not very engaged at the beginning he kept me sending different houses in the regions that I was interested. At some point he understood what I was looking for and he found many good options. He gave me good advice on the market and evaluate the prices of the houses we were seeing. Finally he pointed out an awesome house in Buda-TX. When I got there he said "I think this is the one" and he was right. We loved the house and with his help we bought the house in a month. Adam took care of all the paperwork and trouble it comes with buying a house, making it very easy for me. Besides all that he is very friendly and nice with everyone. Everyone likes Adam Carter! ZillowVERIFIED Adam was very helpful and kind. He got us to appointments on time and went above and beyond to ensure we got the home we were looking for. While we were still in Utah he helped my son get things ready so when we got there everything was done. One time my son went over to the home an alarm went off. He called Adam and he got the code to turn it off. Each time we looked at a home and told Adam what we thought about it and things we were not looking for he looked up more homes for us to look at. He would have between five and 10 homes for us to look at each day. The day we were accepted to get the home he set up an inspection that same day as we were flying out the next morning. Adam helped me set up power and water and had a security company if we needed one. He has come to be a friend and someone I can trust with anything I'm doing.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam is an easy guy to work with, very simply put, He stays in contact with you via email, text, or phone call. That is very important when you are doing business with someone. He very easy going and very professional at the same time. He gave me an honest opinion about a particular house we were looking at. The back yard of this house was eye catching. The inside was nice, but did not have the wow factor of the back yard. I asked what he thought of the purchase price. He gave me clear information of what he thought and what he felt could be negotiated. I took his advice to heart and continued the house search. So clearly he was not just trying to make a sale. After a few months I found something I thought to be charming and Adam quickly moved to get our foot in the door. I would highly recommend Adam Carter for your Real Estate needs.
