He started out by having a professional video and pictures done of the home. No phone pictures! No different pricing if I wanted professional pictures. No nickel and diming you to death with different fees for services! Within days of putting the house up for sale, we got a contract and since i was out of the country, Adam got every inspection item completed on the house without my having to do anything. Awesome and amazing are over-used hypes in these types of reviews; but they apply to Mr. Cannon, and to the letter. Adam is perceptive of the market but also as knowledgeable as an engineer (though he is not one) when he looks at older houses. He is gifted with x-ray vision as well as a sense of calm and calculation. But he isnt just a calculator: his inner excitement and deep empathy surfaces at just the right moments. He was supportive - but not pushy - about our purchase of our dream house in Squirrel Hill. Calling Adam to ask for his assistance in selling our home turned out to be the best decision of our transition in moving South. We knew we were getting a great person on our side, but he surpassed our expectations. Upon his first visit, we already had a solid plan to sell our home however after nearly two months on the market under representation of another agent, we had little foot traffic in a high market area. Adam left us with a list of tasks to focus upon and prepare our home to show. This is where Adams connections started to add value. He brought in a stager and professional photographer to help us highlight the beauty of our home. ZillowVERIFIED We recently moved to Pennsylvania. We found a house we were interested in and called the agent listed on the sign in front of the house. After calling the realtor and office six times from three different cell phones; not one return call. One of the house listing sites suggested a realtor connection. We agreed with trepidation. Within minutes, I was called by Adam Cannon with RE/MAX Select Realty in Moon Township. We told him weve been trying for a day and half to get the listing agent to call back and to no avail. At this point we needed to see the property within the next few hours due to family needing to get to the airport. Albeit Adam had a conflict due to our one and half hour timeframe, he arranged for his broker to show the property to us. The broker was there in 45 minutes from the time of my internet inquiry. S-e-r-v-i-c-e! We didnt buy that house nor the next 35(ish) houses Adam showed us over the following months. I'm telling you, this remarkable agent showed us homes, early, late and on holidays; each time with a smile and a statement that if its not the one, then we continue to look. We told him, when we do find a house, he will have worked for pennies since he put so much time into us. He just always said, finding the right home is paramount. Talk about the patience of Jobe!Along the way, we found a home we fell in love with and made an offer with an escalation. We clearly had the highest and best offer; we werent chosen and were heartbroken the listing agent of that property didnt do right by their sellers. Even with Adams broker out of the country in a massively different time zone, they tried to make the transaction right but apparently we werent meant to have that house.While out of town, Adam found a new listing just several hours old that fit our desires. He called to let us know and went to view the property, Facetime us in our absence and we put in an offer, sight unseen.When we got back in town and toured the property, it was everything we wanted. Adam knew our wants and needs exceedingly well.We now own this lovely property in Beaver with the best neighbors on the planet! This is the home we were meant to have and now know why we didnt get the property we originally put an offer in on. The ups and downs of the process get very emotional and he was not only incredibly professional, but incredibly human through it all. He was invested not only in selling us a house but in us and what was best for us. The home we bought we absolutely love - there was a fear our back deck wouldn't pass FHA inspection and before the seller confirmed they'd fix it Adam told me one day not to worry and that if he needed to out there and work on fixing the deck, he'd be there to help!
