ZillowVERIFIEDI highly recommend Briggs Realty Group! They helped me sell my home and land, and the results were incredible. We had an offer on our home in one day! Before we even listed, they did outstanding research on the market to ensure we were positioned perfectly. What I appreciated most was their approach; they were incredibly patient and never pressured us into making decisions. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping us updated at every step. On top of that, they were absolutely great at negotiations, ensuring we secured the best possible deal. If you want a highly knowledgeable, responsive agent who gets immediate results without the stress, look no further than Briggs Realty Group. Thank you Adam, Sarah and the whole team for an outstanding experience!!

ZillowVERIFIED Adam Briggs and team did a fantastic job helping us with the sale of our home. Adam was the listing agent for our prior home we sold 10+ years ago and again with this one, we are very pleased. Adam helped us with pricing, was always responsive, and did a nice job communicating professionally with the buyer's agent. Highly recommend Adam!

ZillowVERIFIED Adams experience, knowledge of the market, and patience with our questions was a perfect fit for us! Adam was right on target with his suggestion of an asking price. And, he was helpful with suggestions of things we should do to make our house show better. We are grateful, that with Adams help, we sold our house after only one showing. This was our third transaction with Adam.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam is a five star realtor and person. He is very professional and knowledgeable yet personable and wonderful to work with. I had never sold a home before, however Adam made the process seemless. He walked us through each step of the selling process and was always quick to answer our questions. We had recently lost our father and needed to sell his home which was my childhood home. Adam was very sensitive to how difficult and emotional this was for our family. Adam is a true professional and a caring and compassionate person. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam is absolutely phenomenal. I cant recommend him enough to anyone I talk to in the Janesville area. He is so down to earth and easy to talk to. I cant think of a single instance that we felt pressured to do something with regards to purchasing a home or when it was time to sell the home. We recently moved out of state and gosh, I wish we could bring Adam with to help us with our next home search. If we ever find our way back to Wisconsin, I definitely know who we will be contacting when its time to look for a house. He is incredibly knowledgeable, extremely quick to respond to emails and messages, and just a great person. A+ - highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Adam is simply the best! We looked at houses with him and Cindy for almost 2 years. He is always responsive, patient and willing to go the extra mile with absolutely zero pressure. He also never front loads his opinion to try and sway us positive or negative just to make a sale. He wants people to be happy! We are very happy! If the ratings went higher Adam would definitely get the highest. He truly listened to what we were looking for and found it. He also would check with us and give us heads up on new listings. Like I said at the start Adam is simply the best and we wouldn't go with anyone else
