We live out of state so we called a couple local agents that we knew and were left unimpressed after our conversations. We decided to look around at other options and based on his great ratings we decided to call Adam Brett. What a great decision! Adam was prompt, knowledgeable, enjoyable to talk with, and best of all he knew what made our property unique and how he?d market it. Adam put together a marketing plan and a proposed sale price and it sold quickly at a price that exceeded our expectations. The normally very stressful sales process was made simple by Adams knowledge, professionalism, and his great sales/support team. Based on that experience when we decided to sell another property in Newport Beach the easiest decision was to rehire Adam. Adam again proved to be the consummate professional handling the marketing and sale of the property which happened quickly and exceeded our already high expectations. Even during these odd Covid times where everything seems to be delayed, our property closed on time. I have no doubt that this was due to the hard work of Adam and his team. I may be unique in that I do not want to be bothered with the minutiae that comes with real estate sales, I do however like periodic updates. Adam adapted to my personality perfectly as he negotiated on my behalf and only contacted me when approvals were needed or to provide updates. If I needed to contact Adam, usually via email, he got back within minutes, which is something that I greatly appreciate. For those that want more hand holding I have not doubt that Adam would accommodate you perfectly as well. While I have never met Adam in person I trust him explicitly and cannot recommend him highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED We just closed escrow on the sale of our house! We had a different agent when we originally listed back in January. We started a sale escrow and moved out in April but the buyer did not complete the sale. After several months we did not receive another offer so we interviewed two new agents in September. Glad to say we picked Adam! He lives close by in Fullerton and has extensive knowledge of the area. He made the process very easy even though we were living 2,000 miles away. He staged the house, had a new set of pictures taken and posted, held open house and we got a full price offer! Adam kept us informed every step of the way using email, texts and phone calls. He always quickly responded to our calls. We had the usual negotiations for repairs and such with the buyer and Adam really helped us find a way to come to an agreement. We were able to electronically sign all but two of the documents (both of which required notarization) which made the whole process very easy. Although Adam is great with all that marketing and selling stuff, I think his best attribute is that he really cares about us! It may sound corny but I always felt that he was as concerned with us as he was with the sale itself. I highly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED Eric was a miracle worker and we loved every minute working with a truly world class professional in real estate. We cant speak highly enough of our experience with Eric Urban from The Adam and Eric Group. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We worked with a couple of realtors before Eric and every experience left a sour taste in our mouths. One agent (family friend referral) showed us properties he assumed we could ?afford? based on the fact that he considered us too young to look at the price range we were comfortable with, which wasted a lot of our time which is unacceptable since my wife was pregnant. Then after we received our pre-approval letter he was shocked at the amount and then started showing us properties which would maximize his commission with no regard into what our needs or wants were. After dealing with other agents we were heartbroken and felt exhausted going to what felt like an infinite number of homes just to never find what we envisioned or deserved. Choosing to try one last realtor was the best decision we ever made since it lead to the purchase of our forever home in the exact neighborhood we loved, which has a best in OC winner elementary school (Acacia) and nationally ranked (Troy) high school. Our first visit with Eric was an eye opener. He asked us what WE wanted and were looking for as opposed to the other agents ?selling? us on what we should buy. Instantly we knew that Eric was the realtor for us. Eric was extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhood and market, a strong negotiator, great communicator, patient, honest and always available to show us homes which really helped to take the pressure off of us. He even went so far as to take us to another city (Cerritos) to show us a home because we believed at the time that house could be the one but alas he was correct the neighborhood we wanted and needed was in Fullerton. If you don?t know right now the market is crazy. Although we did put in offers for multiple homes we ran into road blocks of other offers way over asking or people willing to put 50% down on a property. Again my wife and I started to feel the dread creep into our souls thinking maybe this just isn?t meant to be. We had been looking on and off for 2 years and had the conversation that we should just pause our search because we were both exhausted and frustrated. Miraculously another listing came up as we were willing to give up. We actually didn?t plan to go to the open house but for some reason I convinced my wife we should stop by on our way to an event. That decision coupled with choosing Eric changed our lives. The house was perfect and we knew it we could make it our home. We had Eric put in the offer immediately. When we finally had an offer accepted Eric walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and we thank Eric for that every day! We enthusiastically recommend The Adam and Eric Group Team. Eric is a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize in a crazy market like Southern California it?s daunting to buy a home, but I think youd be hard pressed or possibly impossible to find a better Realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED A little background on my situation- we bought our condo at the height of the market in 2007, before the housing crash. We were underwater for the whole 8 years that we owned the property; with my family growing, we needed more space and decided we must sell the property at a loss. We did not have time to wait until home values increased to break even.At first, we decided to hire a big name agent in Brea, thinking he would provide the best chance of selling our condo. He said the first 21 days once a property is listed is most crucial, so we moved out to avoid the heavy foot traffic that is expected. We thought this sale would be a slam dunk because whenever any property in my community is listed, it sells almost instantly. We received only 1 offer the first month, which we accepted, but it fell through before we opened escrow. After 6 months on the market, no other offers. We even asked for feedback from the showings to see what they did not like about our condo, but the agency had no answers. We were annoyed because we did everything in our power, including the huge inconvenience of moving out, to make sure our property sold quickly. We held 5 open houses. Throughout the process, we worked solely with the realtors assistants, and not the big name realtor himself. We decided to take the property off the market because we were discouraged.When we decided to list again, a friend of mine recommended Adam Brett, and it turned out my wife knew who he was because he was a patient of hers. We interviewed him and brought up all of our concerns about our previous attempt at sale, and he addressed all of the issues. Sure beats having to receive an offer through email, print it, sign it, scan it, and resend the email!We ended up accepting an offer during the vacation, and opened escrow when we got back. I was very impressed with their responsiveness as Eric contacted me within 2 minutes after my last click. That is not to say other agents didnt contact me as well, but the professionalism I was shown by Eric won me over since he called me with all the answers to my questions. He even had a few other homes lined up for us to see that fit the same criteria. Even though we have yet to find the perfect fit for my family, I felt compelled to write this just in case others are on the fence about making a decision. Adam found us a great property inspector who found so many things for us to be aware of, and carefully helped us renegotiate with the homeowner. Additionally, we ended up having to do a sale-leaseback with the current homeowner and Adam helped make the process go as smoothly as possibly. While some agents just try to close the deal, Adam truly cared about us and putting our best interests first and foremost. Cant say enough good things about him.

Additionally, he went out of his way to find us a new house (I am extremely picky and he was very patient with me, taking me out every day for over two weeks to find the right house for us) He was very honest and did not push to make a quick decision, quite the opposite he encouraged me to wait until the right house became apparent to us.

Short is as follows: - First experience, after listing a rental property with another agent and no activity after two months I switched to Adam and Eric. One week later, rented - Second experience, selling a property. Once week later, sold - They use multiple media outlets to give you max exposure, they take full ownership of there job making your part as seller/buyer minimal - They are easy to work with, very positive, and stay on top of the market trends Mainly and most importatnly it is there honesty, integrity, and work ethic that is why they are the only agents I will be using and reccomending to my family and friends.

We were very nervous about the sale of our home and what we would do with given our financial situation. Half the time we forgot Adam was our Realtor; he wears so many hats. His technical background and outstanding marketing made the sale of our home feel much less stressful. The other great thing about working with Adam and his team is, well, the team! When Adam couldnt jump right on something, the others would come in as if on queue and it really just made things go so smoothly. I cannot begin to express how great these guys are. Realtors dont have the best reputations but after working with a team that kept things so professional, it changed my way of thinking. If you did not know, these guys have signs all over Fullerton - The Adam and Eric Team (that little red ball logo is all the way up my block!) - I see why. They are refreshingly respectful, and very professional. I dealt with each member of the team, from the agents to their marketing guy; all were stellar. In the end I did not end up purchasing a home with them, the time just wasnt right. I remember the little things in life and I will be using them when the time comes to make my move.
