ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Adam and Angele was an incredible experience from start to finish. As a team, they truly went above and beyond for us. Their communication was second to none, and we always felt supported because they were there to help with every single step of the process. What really stood out was their skill during negotiations; they are strong advocates who know how to get the best results. Beyond their professional expertise, both Adam and Angele are very easy to talk to and made what can be a stressful journey feel manageable and clear. If you want a dedicated, communicative team that is truly on your side, I highly recommend Adam and Angele.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam and Ryan did an excellent job. I couldn't be more happier with the results. The entire process of selling my home was smooth with them and I was very happy with the price they got for me. I interviewed alot of realtors before selecting them and im so glad I did as I dont think anyone else would have delivered like they did. I will certainly be calling the ask Adam team on the next one.

ZillowVERIFIED I am so grateful that we were able to work with Adam and his team to sell our house. From the beginning, it was clear he truly understood our property and knew who the potential buyers might be. His estimate for our opening offer was significantly higher than those of any other realtors we met with, and in the end, he drew on his network to find the right buyer, resulting in a final offer that far exceeded our asking price. When we needed help preparing for closing, he and his team were there, solving problems well beyond their roles as realtors. I truly cant recommend Adam enough. Choosing him and his team was one of the best decisions of my life.

ZillowVERIFIED Ryan and Adam did a great job finding the perfect house for us in Rockland county! We were sent the listing for our house before it even went on the market. We were able to be one of the first ones in and had our offer accepted within a week. They were very quick to respond to all of our questions along the way, and gave us advice but werent too pushy. Would be happy to work with them again.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam has been my realtor for 7 yrs. of renting and then navigating me through the treacherous waters of short-selling my home. He always goes above and beyond to deliver the best clients. He is very responsive, knows the market like no one else and is a genuinely nice guy. Anyone who works with Adam is getting the best!

ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed three real estate agents prior to working with Adam. We ultimately selected him for his proven ability to sell waterfront properties in our area as well as the broad network of clients that the Corcoran Group had access to. The results were worth it. Our home had an interested buyer at the first open house- less than 48 hours after listing. Within a short period of time we had a contract and closed. Thoroughly pleased with our outcome and would recommend Adam for real estate transactions in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED our house. He obviously knows the market very well, and made our experience as simple and smooth as possible. He is super cool and easy to reach at all times. But whatever I say about him, nothing beats the actual results aEUR" He managed to get our house from listing to under contract in only one week! Thats excellence!

ZillowVERIFIED I have had the pleasure of working with Adam as a buyer and as a seller. Both experiences were amazing. Not only is Adam bright and very professional, he is a kind human who always made sure I was kept in the loop and that he was meeting my needs. He is attentive and always available. On the buyer side he helped my husband and me buy our perfect house, one that had many bidders and could easily have gone to another buyer. But he helped us craft a perfect offer and walked us through every step of the transaction. On the seller side Adam found a great buyer. And he did so with great patience and perseverance. I am really grateful that I have been able to work with him and highly recommend him! Thanks Adam!

ZillowVERIFIED In my opinion Adam has a unique ability to see how the house you have cherished will appeal to that person out there searching and through his online marketing will find that person. His firm supports you with an entire team. Adam along with Ryan helped me make decisions on how to prepare the house for market. Ryan even helped me stage the furniture and has an artistic eye. Pictures were exquisite and showed well online. The property listing description was vivid and imaginative. Susan and her assistant ran a wonderful open house with many attending. Most important the house sold quickly above what I expected. Adam was very professional and creative with any issues that arose. I recommend highly.

ZillowVERIFIED Having Adam and his team representing my interests in selling my condominium extinguished my anxiety completely. His optimism and energy was catching. Along with his fabulous support team, my condominium sold in just one weekend. Before selling, my apartment needed some work and Adam always helped me find the right person to do the job, ie: electrician, painter, etc. In conclusion, Adam Blankfort is personable, hard working, knowledgeable and just the best realtor.

HE LISTENED CAREFULLY TO WHAT I WANTED AND ONLY SENT ME LISTINGS ACCORDINGLY. BEING FROM THE AREA THAT I WAS LOOKING IN, HE KNEW PEOPLE AND HIS CONNECTIONS PROVED TO BE AN ASSET. HE WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE WHEN I HAD ANY QUESTIONS. HE WAS GREAT DURING NEGOTIATIONS AS WELL AS EACH STEP OF THE PROCESS. I ALWAYS FELT AS THOUGH MY INTERESTS WERE AT THE TOP OF HIS LIST. ZillowVERIFIED If you care about effectiveness and an engaging personality as a highly qualified estate agent, you need Ryan Paige. We sold our home in one and half week. Who does that? Ryan was successful in actually negotiating a price closest to our hopes and we also received more than one offer based on his and Adam Blankfort Marketing Technologist Real Estate Salesperson. Ryan understands the local housing market, attends to details, honest, problem solving mindset, highly responsiveness, patience, tactful, active listener and wonderful negotiation skills. Yes, I encourage you to call Ryan. You will not regret it. Jaime & Delorse Pierre

ZillowVERIFIED Tim has been nothing short of amazing to work with. He is a gift to the realty world. After failed attempts with other realtors I was recommended to reach out to Tim. We listed our home for sale with Tim and we had immediate offers and above asking price. He miraculously kept anxiety to zero and navigated the sale of my home extremely smoothly and quickly. He proactively handled all details and any issues that needed to be addressed smoothly and professionally. I highly recommend Tim as a realtor. And look forward to working with again in the future.
