Firstly, let me just say I haven?t met anyone more flexible with time, trustworthy, accommodating, kind, respectful, and prompt In this business. I?m working with Kayley from about 3hrs away, haven?t seen a single home in person & though I never thought I?d be okay with that she has been more than reassuring and thorough when showing me areas, homes, and neighborhoods. I have not yet closed on a home .. we are currently waiting on an offer to be either accepted/rejected. When I started this process I knew next to nothing other than I planned on using my VA home loan, now I?m much more educated and prepared with all the knowledge/resources I?ve been given. Kayley was fantastic! She helped me find my dream home and was excellent getting me through the home buying process right as COVID was in full swing. I had a very lengthy and frustrating escrow with many hurdles and delays, and Kayley was by my side every step of the way (even talking me off of a ledge at times). She is the best!!
