Weve worked with a number of agents over the years, between my parents and me, weve bought five homes and I can honestly say Samina is the best weve ever worked with. knowledgeable in his field, but too expensive and appeared to try to be double dipping at certain points as agent for both sides. paid him 10,000 for the sale of a piece of land that sold for 140,000. I thought 6500 would have been a fair price. but my best offer before hiring him was only 100,000 so I come out better in the end of it all, would recommend him only for selling land after others cannot do it.
