She responded within minutes of my initial request to review a property that I was unable to use or manage due to being out of town, and Covid-19 travel restrictions. Within minutes of contacting Abby, she agreed to preview my property for listing. By the next day, Abby and her team went to work full swing. She helped me manage a vendor who painted the property, and arranged for a consultation with a professional stager who transformed the property. The same afternoon, the House Match video photographer was onsite, and he artfully created a very professional video which showcased my townhouse beautifully. AbbyaEUR~s assistant Melissa Torres responded to every small detail, managed the inspection, and was even kind enough (amidst my panic), to return rented cable equipment to the nearby Spectrum store. The entire transaction was seamless and flawless. The property sold four days after listing. Keep in mind I never met Abby or her team, (other than on Zoom), and never stepped foot in the property during the entire transaction.
