ZillowVERIFIEDAbi went above and beyond, always giving 110%. Not only are we her clients, but I truly feel like we are her friends as well! Moving forward, she will be the only realtor we ever work with. Our home search came with its own hurdles, those of which Abi worked through with effortless ease! It's such a privilege to be able to work with someone you trust and respect! Thank you Abi!! -The Silvas
ZillowVERIFIEDI had a great experience working with Abi on my new home purchase in St. Pete. Given I was an out-of-state buyer, Abi drove to the property and did a thorough walkthrough with me via FaceTime. I knew this was the property I wanted and was ready to buy, Abi helped accelerate the close process to just three weeks. In addition, Abi negotiated a very fair closing price and even some closing costs from the seller.
ZillowVERIFIEDAbi was fantastic. We are not from the Tampa area so we really needed someone to lead the way in every sense of the word. She pointed us to a good location and provided lots of options for us to look at that were in our price range. She was very quick to respond if we had any questions, getting back to us within 1-2 days if she needed an answer from the seller. All in all, we were able to find and close on a condo in about one month! I would definitely work with her again.
