He's very tech savvy, we signed all of our listing docs on his tablet, which he had with him. His photographer took great pictures and 3d views to highlight our condo. ZillowVERIFIED Totally unprofessional. After weeks on the market without selling ,I requested additional marketing tools. I received a response with him saying he was upset anf by asking, I was insulting him. He said it was a problem with the house and it was overpriced. I ended up canceling the listing with him after no sale in 30 days. My new agent did what I requested and had more people in my house in one weekend than Abe had the whole month. The new agent found a buyer in 2 days, same house, same price. I do not recommend Abe as an agent.

Unlike a typical cold call, Abe kept in contact, sending me updates on the Myrtle Beach market, and offering me comps for my development. So, in May, my last tenants moved out, and I could not seem to replace them, so decided to sell. Abe was the first one I thought of and I was not disappointed. He explained everything completely, kept in contact regularly, and provided a strategy that led to an offer which we accepted.
