ZillowVERIFIED Words cannot express how amazing Abby was to work with! My fiancA(C) and I were in the process of relocating to Milwaukee, a city new to both of us. Being new to the area can make it difficult to find a perfect home. Abby was extremely knowledgeable about everything Milwaukee. She provided us with so much guidance when it came to neighborhoods, market trends and everything to look out for in older home. My fiancA(C) moved first so we did many house tours via video for me. Abby made sure to accommodate both of our schedules and always went above and beyond sharing additional information about each house we saw. She was very communicative with us and answered all our questions before we had a chance to even ask them. Once our offer was accepted Abby stayed lock step with our loan agent and the sellers team to keep us updated on timing and making sure we didnt overlook anything. Even now after being in our home for a month, we have continued to turn to Abby for different recommendations and referrals! While we dont plan on moving anytime soon, we will 100% be using her in the future and will also be referring her to all of our closest people!

ZillowVERIFIED We are such huge fans of Abby and just wish buying and selling a house was a more common occurrence in our life so that we could work with Abby on a more frequent basis. I am a skeptic at heart, especially when it comes to markets with huge information asymmetry. We decided we wanted to work with Abby when it was immediately clear that, instead of being someone who kept things murky, she was up-front, clear about her incentives, talked us through all of the details, and always sincerely acted on behalf of our best interest. When working with Abby, you quickly realize that she truly thinks and acts as if she was in your shoes rather than the realtors shoes. Even more than this, Abby was never content to just settle for what she heard. There were multiple times when the other realtor tried to push for things that were not accurate (like telling us we couldnt go on a walk-through with our inspector due to COVID). Instead of just accepting this, Abby got to the bottom of the rules and put in a lot of extra time to make sure that we were not given the run-around. Right after we met Abby, my husband and I walked away reflecting that she seemed really good at her job, scrappy, and (probably most importantly) humble enough to not just tell us things confidently, but actually make sure she figured out anything that came up. After going through the full process, I can say that we were even more impressed with Abby. She is one-of-a-kind, very good at her job, high integrity, and an incredibly helpful advisor. We wouldnt use anyone else after working with her.
