ZillowVERIFIED Abby and her team were the absolute best. They were there at every turn and for every question or concern. This has been a long process and is not over yet. We had to sell my husbands previous home, then we began looking for a new home. That was over a year and a half ago. We finally found a new home. Abby was right on it as we knew it would go fast. Well, we got the house. Now, we just have to sell my existing home.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I came to Florida and needed to get a house. We found Abby via Dave Ramsey's website and for the second time found an amazing group of people to work with. Buying or selling a home is a team effort and Abby and her team were great to work with. Right from the first meeting they helped us figure out what we were looking for and where we could find it, even with a pretty specific requirement we be a maximum distance away from another address. If I find myself in need of a realtor team to work with again, either selling or buying, I will reach out to Abby.

ZillowVERIFIED Abby and her team (Lyn and Lea) were so helpful in selling our home. They took care of the stress and let us focus on moving. Though our buyer's agent was significantly subpar and his inexperience and lack of attention caused a lot of delays and headaches, Abby and her team got things on track. They always answered my questions and were reachable. She set us up with a great exterior painter to modernize our high-end home to match our interior. The beautiful pictures and videos they arranged turned out amazing. We received multiple offers for our asking price. I have sold multiple houses on my own but I would definitely use Abby and her team again.

ZillowVERIFIED Abby and her team were so incredible to work with. From the pre listing meetings and assessments to the way they worked with us on showings, finding potential buyers, and then walking us through the entire closing was amazing. That doesn't even mention that they helped us find and purchase a new property all at the same time. I can't say enough phenomenal things about this team. And they are really a team of all stars. Abby was incredible, had fantastic advice (that we almost always took) Lyn was a delight to talk with and helped get everything setup and moving in the right direction, and then Lea who came in for the closing process and managed to make this process so smooth! I would recommend this group (and have) to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Central Florida!

ZillowVERIFIED Abby was not helpful nor did want to work. She had myself and my wife do all the leg work and refused to help. She was only there to collect a commission check. I did call her assistant and explained the situation and that we were not happy with the unprofessionalism to which we were treated. Unfortunately we had to release Abby and go with a hard working realtor. We are now happy and continuing our search for a new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Abby and her team are truly great to work with. We are so grateful we chose them to help us with our home purchase, even beyond just the sale and through Hurricane Idalia... ;) They helped us throughout the entire process and also gave us contact information (as well as gathered some quotes for us!) for various services we needed for after the sale. Thank you so much!!

ZillowVERIFIED Abby and her team are fantatic! We first used Abby and her team to buy our 1st property in FL while we were living in IL. With her help we bought that 1st property without ever visiting and her team was able to facetime us while they toured the property. 3.5 years later we decided to sell that 1st property and buy a new home. Working with Abby as a buyer twice and a seller once was an amazing experience. We received personal attention and they spent the time to understand what we wanted. We visited many houses and in the end we found the perfect home for us.

ZillowVERIFIED If looking for a more personal one on one interaction with your real estate agent, this is NOT the place. We thought we would work with Abby directly but instead we were transferred to work with an agent who has no clue about the business and barely helped us out. Throughout the process of our purchase our mentioned agent didnt know the answer to many questions we would ask and Abby was hardly ever available to answer those questions. The day we closed on our new home, the house was full of old furniture, trash and belongings from the seller. Our agent didnt look out for our best interest and again Abby was nowhere around to help, yet shes the first one to call and get the business promising to be with us throughout the whole process. I who actually BOUGHT a house with them WOULD NOT recommend. Trust me, it is not the right people to work with when buying a house. Also the events they do for their clients throughout the year are very inconsistent so even that is not reliable. My kids and I were cancelled out in the very same day of the event LOL.

ZillowVERIFIED Abby and her entire team are fantastic! Special shout out to Ricki, who helped to keep us sane during this process. Abby and her team made the process easy and helped guide us every step of the way. They stayed in constant contact with us and updated as soon as anything changed or offers were countered. In this market that was key to us getting a house under contract and as first-time home buyers, it was extremely important to us. They helped us find our dream home and we couldn't be happier! We can't recommend Abby enough. She will not disappoint!

ZillowVERIFIED A company had given my name to several realtors saying I was looking for a realtor when I wasn't. Within a few hours I got calls from three realtors, so I had to follow up and apologize saying I wasn't looking for one at this point. I never heard from two of them, but I got the nicest note from Abby's assistant Claire even though I let them know I wasn't looking for a realtor. Well my closing with the company that pays cash for your house was delayed, so remembering Claire's note I called Abby and I am glad I did. I was interested in selling my house quickly, but wanted to get a little more money for it than I had been offered thru the other company. She priced the house perfectly. I had an offer slightly higher than the listed price in two days, and ended up making $35,000 more than had I gone with the company that was going to give me cash. I've never had good luck with realtors, but Abby restored my faith in them. But it wasn't just Abby - her entire team was amazing. I couldn't have been happier with my decision to list with Abby and Team.

ZillowVERIFIED In this crazy market, you need a professional who knows exactly what they are doing and that person is Abby Nelson. We were very skeptical about buying in this market. The first day we started working with Abby, we were under contract, UNDER ASKING with all contingencies in place. Her team is beyond incredible and is working with us every single step of the way. There is no one I would trust more to help me buy (or sell) a home than Abby Nelson.

ZillowVERIFIED Abby, Hernan, Joann were an amazing team that truly puts all their efforts in finding you a great home for your family. We lived out of state and we were in the best hands to trust them with our house hunt. We had a bad experience with our first realtor and wanted to give up . It was a miracle to have Abby Nelson and her team to find us our home. They are friendly, honest, and hardworking people who still follow up on us. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED Abby Nelson came recommended to me by a close friend who had great results selling her home, so I felt in good hands from the start. But Abby and her team surpassed all my expectations. Selling a home is a stressful time for anyone, and I thank Team Abby for making it as seamless as possible even during these unprecedented times. Once we listed, we had multiple offers within the week and closed within 3 weeks. I highly recommend Abby Nelson.

ZillowVERIFIED Abby and her team were amazing. My fiance and I were moving from Denver for a job move and we had a very tight timeline to find and buy a home. Not only was Abby amazing with communication and follow up, but her team was able to help us narrow the search search quickly and begin closing in about 2 weeks. Based on their expertise in handling the offer and negotiations, we are now living in our dream home and loving every day. Special shout out to Hernan! He was our daily point of contact and was rock star throughout the entire process.

ZillowVERIFIED Knowing selling our property during the pandemic time is difficult, especially for someone like myself, a foreigner. We did tons of research trying to find the top agents which could assist us in selling our property. Abby Nelson came up as one of the top agents and we decided to list our property with her. We couldn't be happier. The property sold in 1 day over the asking price and closed in 1 month!Abby and her team are incredible, their expertise and professionalism are second to none.
