ZillowVERIFIEDAbbys willingness to work around our schedules was phenomenal. She was an amazing asset to have in our corner for both the buy & sell side. Her professionalism & knowledge shown through in every interaction. While thorough, she is also lighthearted & a joy to be around as a human. We would use her again & will always recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the area!
ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Abby to--search for, consider, and eventually buy an official home--was the best experience in such an overwhelming process. Her patience is infinite with answering questions, breaking down real estate information, and providing reliable resources (actual people we could speak with) for support and guidance. Abby never made us feel like a burden when we reached out to her at any point during the home-buying process. She offered useful and thoughtful insight about any of our concerns or issues and it was her guidance that kept us calm as we made any decisions along the way. She never rushed us, always asked us to take our time to make sure we were confident in any choices we made about buying. Furthermore, she had a significant amount of comparative knowledge about the buying aspects based on her experience as a real estate professional. We always felt that she was always looking out for our best interests from the beginning until we closed. She continues to make herself available--even after having been in the home for 30 days already--to answer any questions we still have about the property, the warranty, insurance, etc. I will always recommend Abby and the team of people she works with for anyone interested in buying a home.
ZillowVERIFIEDAbby was outstanding in assisting in this process. We were out of state and listed property for sale in Moore County. Her team kept us in the loop every step of the way with weekly updates and expert advice. I highly recommend Meese Property Group to anyone looking to buy or sell property. They provide outstanding service to their clients. Kudos to Abby and her staff ??.
ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot say enough nice things about the Meese Property Group and Abby Mantz! They are truly a team who goes above and beyond for their clients. My husband and I sold our house and bought a house with Abby. This was our first time going through the home buying process together. She was there every step of the way. Abby stayed on top of all details and immediately responded to phone calls and texts. She truly wants the best for her clients and advocates every step of the way. If you are wanting to sell or looking for a home in the Moore county area and need a fantastic realtor then Abby is your girl!
ZillowVERIFIEDAbby came as a great surprise. My wife and I originally called her firm after hearing about their reputation. Although we were unaware of who would call us back, we are thankful it was Abby. She immediately met us at a listing and provided no nonsense insight to not only the home we were seeing, but the local property market. Abby would meet us anywhere at anytime. She is backed by a fantastic firm that has experts in various fields from rent potential to property values. She made buying a home in Pinehurst more transparent and easy. Abby brings a familial and local feel that big real estate names seem to lose. Thanks Abby for a great experience.
ZillowVERIFIEDAbby is by far the best realtor we have dealt with. She went above and beyond in all aspects. When we thought we were down and out, she found a new build that couldn't have come at a better time. We had been trying since February, finally gave up, but she didn't. 5 stars isn't enough. 100 stars is more like it. She always answers questions we had, no matter time or day. We were out of state, and she took photos and videos for showings we couldn't make. If we have to move to another state again, we would use her as our realtor if we could.
ZillowVERIFIEDI wanted to say so many nice wonderful things about Abby but my husband beat me to it. My husband Martin Lopez and i we so much appreciated Abby for doing so much hard work finding our home like my husband said she was our eyes we werent there and she made it happen. We put all our trust into her and it was a wonderful experience Ive ever had any realtor do what she did for us. I recommend her to anybody out there especially if you live in another state and plan on moving to North Carolina look her up she will go above and beyond to help. Thank you so much Abby appreciate you and your team Thank you with so many hugs Maria Lopez
ZillowVERIFIEDFrom the bottom of our heart, thank you for all the hard work you put in for us over these past few months. You made the home buying process very simple for us, and we couldn't have done it without your knowledge, suggestions, and guidance. Buying a house without being in the same state and or without physically seeing or inspecting our new home ourselves, it was bid stressful. But Abby changed all that, by answering and investigating our questions, that made us feel at ease and confidence about finding a home, where we wanted to buy. It was months before we even met her, and what can we say, but she was better than what we have been experiencing via text, phone, or emails with her. Thank you so much Abby and please thank your team (Jordan) for us. Martin & Maria
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I recently worked with Abby Mantz and she was amazing. In this difficult market she went above and beyond to help us find a home that works for us. During the sale she was super helpful in going by the home multiple times to ensure all repairs were being made. I highly recommend Abby if you are looking to buy a home. She is professional, efficient, and will go above and beyond!
ZillowVERIFIEDI had the pleasure of woking with Abby during an arduous search for a single family home in Pinehurst. I was remote during the whole process trusting Abby to be my "eyes". She was diligent in pursuing all listings meeting my profile keeping in close contact during the process. She kindly supplemented listing photos with those of her own which she deemed additionally pertinent to the listing. My trust in her professional judgments and advice re: market conditions, buying process, home features was unconditionally satisfied. She seems to have a good handle on a tough market. I recommend her, without reservation, for her diligence, honest appraisal, prompt communication and pleasant demeanor.
ZillowVERIFIEDI dont know where to begin, from the moment I contacted Meese Property Group, I was treated with the upmost importance. I was quickly contacted by Abby Mantz, perhaps the most attentive, dedicated and detail oriented realtor I have ever worked with. I was helping my son purchase a home m, while I lived across the country and my son was deployed in Qatar. These are not easy circumstances, and Abby never once made it feel difficult. She visited numerous homes, took photos, and provided me with accurate information. Once we got an accepted offer the process continued without any hiccups. All I can say is, Abby is off the charts amazing! I feel confident in referring her to anyone and hope to have more encounters with her in the future.
ZillowVERIFIEDAbby is great! She's dedicated to her clients' needs and an extremely capable woman! I first met her while in need of commercial space for my small business. Months later I was privileged to have such a devoted representative during the search for my first home purchase. To this day I've been unable to pull the trigger, but I know who I'm calling when I'm ready to put this round down range.
ZillowVERIFIEDIt has been an absolute pleasure working with Abby. She has been there every step of the way and has been really helpful answering all my questions through the process. Abby is really professional and look forward to keep working work with her in the future.
