ZillowVERIFIED Extremely helpful and timely. Offered unique solutions to various sellers to help gain an edge in a competitive market. Abbi made it very easy to setup appointments, process paperwork, etc. She was thoughtful and honest when asked questions and was never pushy or tried to sell us on something we weren't interested in.

ZillowVERIFIED Abbi is a great realtor. She was very knowledgeable and did all paperwork very promptly even late into the evening. She was always available for showings or any questions we had.

ZillowVERIFIED Abbi is the best! She got us in looking at houses we were interested in sometimes the same day we told her we liked them. She is great at answering questions and very knowledgeable.

ZillowVERIFIED I enjoyed working with Abbi. She helped and explained everything to me as I was a first time home buyer. Abbi was knowledgeable about walking thru the house and what needed to be fixed before I bought it.

ZillowVERIFIED Abbi was a rockstar at helping my fiancA(C) & I find the perfect home for our fur-mily. We had been moving from Colorado to Wisconsin, and she was incredibly thorough in her communication, giving us peace of mind while purchasing across the country. Definitely would recommend this lovely lady to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area, she knows her stuff (and if not, she's diligent & quick to find the information needed)! Thanks again, Abbi!

ZillowVERIFIED Incredible experience with Abbi. Came highly recommended from my neighbor and lived up to it. Took Ariel shots and had a floor plan in the listing ( floor plans really helps the buyer get a feel to the layout before viewing )Listened to my feedback and conserved and made reasonable recommendations

ZillowVERIFIED I hired Abbi Lonick because I knew she grew up in Shawano and was well acquainted with the city. Because of growing up in Shawano I also knew she would have many contacts. She was able to find people who would be interested in my house plus was familiar with businesses in the area who were able to solve problems I ran into during the course of selling. She was always willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend Abbi!Jane Swanke
