ZillowVERIFIED Five stars without hesitation for Wiens & Roth. The aEURoesecretaEUR? on their website says their passion is going above and beyond for their clients, and that could not be more true. My wife and I have moved several times and have bought and sold a few homes along the way, but we have never had an experience quite like this one. We were not in Ohio when our home went on the market, and yet we always felt completely supported. At one point, Melanie Wiens even went over and shoveled snow from our driveway before a showing. That small act said everything about the care and attention they bring to their work. Throughout the process, we truly felt like they were part of our team, not just there for the transaction. Communication was clear, thoughtful, and reassuring, and we always felt that our best interests came first. The only thing we wish is that they could come with us to help buy our next home. If you are looking for a real estate team that genuinely cares and goes the extra mile, we cannot recommend Wiens & Roth highly enough.

They understand how to market and sell a home as well as helping a buyer navigate the market to make the most informed decision possible. Using all of the social media and employing photography, drone images, videos, QR codes and 3D tour for each home they list, they schedule all appointments and closings. Their service is fantastic.

They seemed to have given up pretty quickly (note that our first house was in a rougher area & we knew it wasnt going to be easy to sell) Of course that meant we needed a new realtor- thats where I was recommended to Aaron Wiens (co-founder to Wiens & Roth). He met with me personally over coffee he was very attentive, professional, & just all around an awesome dude! ZillowVERIFIED Out of the dozen or so real estate companies I've dealt with over the years, Wiens and Roth was by far the best. The owners of the company are 'hands-on' , employ cutting edge marketing strategies, and have excellent follow through. They sold my home is a timely manner , near the asking price and facilitated the purchase of a new home on short notice. There are a lot of 'adequate' real estate companies out there; but if you want superior service and marketing, go with Wiens and Roth.
