It was clear that John was not just about getting a house sold, but would include input on if he didnt think a house was a good fit for our growing family (for instance, in one of our tours the laundry was in the basement, and he mentioned the steep incline would not make it feasible for us to do laundry every day while having to climb down those stairs). While he works hard to find a home, he makes sure it is the right one for you!
