He is the kind of rare professional who is extremely knowledgeable, firm in negotiations, but also kind and fair to all parties involved. He helped me navigate some unusually complicated transactions; particularly with the FHA 203(k) loan and some permitting issues, and he was highly communicative and positive, even when things seemed that they would fall through. Aaron is well-connected in the industry as well and is not afraid to call in help when it is needed either.
