About AARON REEL
I'm Aaron Reel, a Realtor with The Southern Agents Team at Costello Real Estate & Investments, licensed in both North Carolina (#269504) and South Carolina (#137982). I help buyers and sellers across York, Gaston and Chester Counties: Rock Hill, Clover, Lake Wylie, York, Chester, Gastonia, Kings Mountain and the greater Charlotte metro.
Along with traditional buying and selling, I specialize in the deals a lot of agents pass on: raw land and acreage, manufactured and modular homes, and short sales, foreclosures and bank-owned (REO) properties. Land buyers get a due diligence plan covering septic, access, survey, zoning and flood zone. Manufactured home buyers get straight answers about HUD labels, financing and title.
