I was somewhat apprehensive at first due to the significance of the investment, but Aaron calmly walked me through every aspect from viewings to inspection to closing. ZillowVERIFIED I called this agency and spoke to the agent, Aaron Ramkalawan. I informed him that I was interested in renting a home close to the University that I was attending. I told him that I was most interested in viewing the home that he had listed nearby. He promised to call me back shortly, but never did. I called back a day later and received his voicemail. I left a detailed message for him and again, I did not receive the curtesy of a call back. After several more days, I finally reached this agent and I made an appointment to view the home the following day. I called to confirm the appointment and I left a detailed voicemail on his cell phone. When I arrived at the home, the agent was a no-show and when I called to ask where he was, he stated that the home was rented the previous day by other students. After voicing my displeasure to him for having my time wasted via his thoughtlessness and lack of follow-up, this agent became rather belligerent on the phone and I terminated the call. In summary, this agents behavior was crass and unprofessional!

I called him to ask if I could possibly see the house today he said he would see if one of his partners could show me the house and he would call me right back but never ended up calling me back. I waited a couple of days and contacted him again and asked if I could see the house the next day at 1:00. He told me that would probably work but he just had to confirm that someone would be available to show it to me and he would call me back. Once again, he did not call me back. The next morning I called him to confirm the appointment for 1:00 and he told me I couldnt see the house because some students rented it. I felt that it was unprofessional to not call me back either time or communicate the fact that someone else was going to rent the house.

ZillowVERIFIED I found him to unprofessional, poorly trained and , on the whole, unpleasant to deal with. He was often late for appointments and condescending in attitude. I would not recommend him.
