ZillowVERIFIED The owner Erick Monzo one minute he's super cool then turned into a different person a mean aggressive threating to hold to a contract I signed in good faith a day a go. Buyer beware this is what they don't tell you. [10. DEFAULT: If a sale is not consummated because of Sellers refusal to perform, then the total agreed upon compensation shall be due and payable upon such refusal.] Brokerage Firm in full payment for services rendered in this transaction. The first few days there was a lot of issues and mistakes, I was constantly running in circles calling and emailing on things they just weren't connecting not working or mishaps or processing not done correctly, who has time for that and were just getting started. I respectfully asked to be removed from the contract, and he turned into an aggressive abusive bully. He claims he will hold me to the contract which he scheduled for 1 year. Never had this happen before I've had other Realtors and contracts and if things weren't working out, they released me. Highly disappointed and stressed. Have to give 1 star all the way down. Only in this contract for a day, he never returned any of my emails or the one phone message I left over the weekend at his office. They never went to my home or seen me in person. Buyer beware of the tactic they use and never mention it. Personalities change and now a big mess.

While the during the winter it does take a bit longer vs spring or summer, Aaron reassured me he would be able to sell my home regardless and he delivered. She was also honest and upfront about properties and how she thought they would fit my familys need. One example is a house that we looked at had great potential, but once we got down in the basement you were able to see a huge crack in the wall, she reaffirmed that the crack would be a huge future problem. She would also always check in with how were doing while looking and was very efficient and timely when setting up to look at prospective properties. Aaron listed our house, then we left for vacation, and two days later he called us with already negotiated, highest offers for us to choose from. He spared us the negotiation process completely, did all of the hard work behind the scenes and then we got to choose the best of the best offer, which was $35,000 over asking!!!
