Aaron Marshall was the third realtor I used to sell my lakefront lot (no house). I was impressed with Aarons professionalism from the very beginning. He came to my house to give me his opinion of what my property would sell for and how he would market it. I have to admit that I started listing it higher that what Aaron recommended. I ended up lowering the price a couple of times later. Aaron kept me informed of showings he had of the property and any progress that was made with those showings.
