It has been an absolute pleasure working with Aaron for both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new replacement home. We chose to work with Aaron after interviewing multiple real estate agents and we could not have made a better decision. My wife and I are probably not the easiest to work with as we likely required a lot more hand-holding than the average clients but Aaron was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. The two most important characteristics we looked for when hiring an agent: (1)They were a great communicator and (2) They were a great educator. Whenever we had a question (and we had many), Aaron was very quick to respond regardless of time of day and/or day of the week. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to all things real estate. We appreciated that he was not pushy at all when it came to decision making. He would present us with all options, give us the pros and cons to each, and ultimately let us decide. We appreciated how he was always educating us regarding the process of real estate transactions which we learned was quite complex. Although this is not our first real estate transaction, we can confidently say that we felt much more informed this time around. Anyone who has bought or sold a home knows that it can be very overwhelming but it felt great to know we had such a great resource we could turn to.
