If we didnt like a house at first glance when we first open the door, he would not be upset that we turned right around and closed the door. He was very honest when he saw an issue with a home and he tested everything in sight to make sure it was in proper working order. He is also very knowledgeable on HVAC systems, water softeners, and other appliances so he can tell you if something needs to be looked at by a professional. What was really important to my wife and I was having an agent that would negotiate on our behalf and be on our side.
