We did not know what we were really looking for, as we were newer to the lakes area; he helped us learn about the different neighborhoods. He asked us about what out interests were and directed us where we should be looking for a property. One of the things that stood out to us was that it was not about making a quick sale, but about whether the property was that we wanted or if there were better options for us.
