He recognized that we were undervaluing our home when we established an initial asking price. We raised it, and we had a full asking price offer within a few days. 2) Easy to work with - Aaron is a natural people person with the heart of a teacher and servant. He's very pleasant to work with. 3) Great marketing - Aaron has great marketing skills. He uses a professional photographer to help highlight the home, and his extensive social media circle helps get the word out. Areas for improvement: 1) Punctuality - The only constructive feedback I can provide regards punctuality. He was few minutes late to the closing.

ZillowVERIFIEDAaron Green was great to "work with". In reality that's what you are doing. Working with a professional. I have never bought a house before... And I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!! He did a great job to explain the process and helped my wife and I understand what was needed to get a house. He taught us there is a difference. A realtor works with you to buy a house not actually "selling" you one. Expect a long process. It's not short and sweet. Searching was painful to find the right one. What helped us get by is he was very knowledgeable and easy to contact even when we had "rookie" questions. He always made time to answer our calls or called us as soon as he was able. Sometimes I called him right after we hung up because I forgot to ask him something! Finally! We found the one and we were already prepared for what lies ahead. Everything was fully explained and easy to understand. He was there for us when we did our inspections since my wife and I couldn't make it. Contacted us right away as soon as any changes occurred. Contract was complete and he followed up with my bank. Now it's time to move in!Aaron Green didn't sell us just a house. He sold us a home for me and my family. I can't thank him enough. He not only helped us find a place he is my inspiration for a potential career change into real estate.
