He recognized that we were undervaluing our home when we established an initial asking price. We raised it, and we had a full asking price offer within a few days. 2) Easy to work with - Aaron is a natural people person with the heart of a teacher and servant. He's very pleasant to work with. 3) Great marketing - Aaron has great marketing skills. He uses a professional photographer to help highlight the home, and his extensive social media circle helps get the word out. Areas for improvement: 1) Punctuality - The only constructive feedback I can provide regards punctuality. He was few minutes late to the closing.
