ZillowVERIFIED I reached out to this realtor, leaving a voicemail message. He texted me back stating he would call on the next business day. He did call and we spoke at length, discussing the type of home I wanted, the location, price range, and details. I advised him that I had letters of pre-approval from 2 lenders. He asked me who they were from, stating that some work along with him better than others. He was searching the MLS at the time of the call and advised me that he had located 7 properties meeting my criteria. I provided my email address, spelling it out for him and he stated that he would send me the properties.Over a week later he has never sent those properties or contacted me at all. One of the basic tenets of being an ethical professional is to simply keep your word so that clients know that you're dependable. I know that things happen, perhaps he lost the email address I provided him. However, telephone numbers do not get lost when they are left in voicemail messages and when texts are exchanged.I do not recommend this realtor and will not be working with him.

Being military, having to sell a home from afar was a daunting task as 1) it was being fully renovated and 2) I wanted to ensure I could trust someone with ensuring my interests were taken into consideration. I have known Aaron Gray and his family for approximately 18 years, so upon the consideration of selling my first home purchase, Aaron easily came to mind to provide such assistance. Aaron went above and beyond - right there checking in on things as the contractors completed renovations, offered assistance with landscaping and removal of some items left behind from a previous tenant, and remaining level-headed, firm, and fair throughout the entire process. We met at my home that I was selling, he put on the MLS listing took fantastic pictures and wrote a very impressive description of my home and it's features.
