Aaron and Monica of the Kaur Gray Group quite literally got us our dream home, a home in a neighborhood that we had been dreaming of living in for 17 years! In July 2023 one came on the market and at the open house we met Aaron and Monica who were the listing agents. During the walk through, Aaron casually asked if we liked the house, and we told him it had in fact been our dream to move into this neighborhood since we drove through it. I will never forget his response, he said Then you must have this house! And he meant it. We knew from experience how quickly the houses sold in the neighborhood, having tried twice before to buy there, so we expressed our pessimism, explaining that we were not cash buyers, would need to sell our house first etc, and that basically we were not in a position to buy. Aaron and Moninca were not deterred in the least, they immediately sprang into action with a plan to sell our house for us and sell our dream home to us! From there it was a whirlwind of activity. Within a couple of days our house had been photographed, a beautiful description of the property written, and the house put on the market. An open house was immediately scheduled for the following Saturday, but in true Kaur Gray style they had already found a buyer by Friday! Fast forward only 6 weeks later and I am sitting in my dream home writing this review! We had previously worked with Orange County realtors, and found with them it to be all about the product, the buying and selling of the house, and notching up as many sales as possible. The Kaur Gray Group is headquartered in Riverside, and they have a unique approach to real estate. For them it is all about the customer and the customer experience, they view the house as just one part of making the experience a good one for their clients. With Aarons quiet, cool, calm approach in the face of any and all challenges, and Monicas positivity, unflinching confidence and determination to deliver, we had the very best home selling and home buying experience we could ever have hoped for! Buying and selling a home is by its very nature a stressful experience, but getting your dream house makes it worthwhile. The Kaur Gray Group makes dream homes come true and takes the stress out of it for you too! Whether buying or selling a home, pick the Kaur Gray Group! Im so glad I did!
