ZillowVERIFIEDAaron Goodson review I dont know if I found Aaron or he found me but that doesnt matter. I was in a hurry to sell my house in Springfield. I couldnt live in it so I moved across the country to get as far away as possible. Aaron understood my urgency and picked up the ball and ran with it. Some agents are stretched too thin and some are eager and hungry. It can be hard to find the right fit based on a couple of phone calls. I had already been rejected by another agent when Aaron called. Aaron kept in touch at every twist in the road. He and his friends cleaned out the house and gave the grass a haircut. We had two bids the first weekend the house went on the market. I followed Aarons advice on which of the two I should select. I was an FHA loan and there were three inspections. I was discouraged by the amount of money I had to spend to meet the demands of the buyers lenders but Aaron talked me down off the cliff several times. We worked together as a team and the sale closed in just under six weeks. Aaron bought some things I wanted to sell and hired a company to buy other items. I think the moat impressive thing he did though was to meet with a person at midnight to take possession of some important things that had been stolen from me.
