Aaron did a great job assessing the value of the home. We were in a tough market but we received an offer and went under contract in 4 days from listing. Aaron's experience was evident in negotiating throughout the process. He was responsive to my texts and phone calls. He was very helpful in referring various professionals when preparing the house for sale and saved me a lot of money in that process. Aaron saved me $9,360 in commissions on the sale.
