Aaron Edwards is a seasoned real estate professional who brings a deep understanding of the market and a genuine passion for helping clients succeed. A lifelong learner and natural leader, Aaron has been serving Idaho buyers and sellers since 2006, when he launched his career with a national brokerage. In 2010, he joined a local firm where he continued selling full-time while also leading recruitment--growing the company from 300 to over 1,100 agents by 2018. In 2020, Aaron founded Idaho Life Real Estate, building it into one of the region's most respected boutique brokerages. After successfully selling that company, he launched 3% Idaho Real Estate, combining his extensive industry knowledge with a streamlined, client-first model focused on smart negotiation and lasting results. In addition to his brokerage leadership, Aaron has shared his expertise by teaching pre-license and continuing education courses at the Idaho College of Real Estate. He's committed to educating both agents and clients--believing that empowered people make better decisions and enjoy better outcomes. Outside of real estate, Aaron and his family love the outdoors and all that Idaho has to offer.
