The inspection revealed a sewer line problem, Aaron arranged a plumbing inspection to determine the cost to repair so we had better information to counter offer. Electrical problems were discovered, and again he arranged an electrician to provide accurate quotes to allow us to counter the offer with sound information. He demonstrated good knowledge of the neighborhood by providing accurate comps that matched our property with respect to square footage, condition, and location. He negotiated with the buyer in a manner that allowed both parties to agree to the final sale price. A last minute plumbing problem occurred two days before the closing, and he dispatched a plumber to resolve that issue.
