ZillowVERIFIEDWe first met Aaron when we moved to the area 11 years ago, and from day one his knowledge of the local market and community made us feel confident that we were in good hands. He helped us find and buy our home, and now, 11 years later, he and Hazel helped us successfully sell it. Aaron and Hazel are an incredible team. Having two dedicated professionals working for you means you always have someone available to answer questions, provide updates, and guide you through every step of the process. They are knowledgeable, professional and incredibly responsive, making the experience very seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better team to represent us. Whether you're buying or selling a home, we highly recommend Aaron and Hazel. Their expertise, dedication, and genuine care for their clients truly set them apart.

ZillowVERIFIED Aaron & Hazel are incredible! I could not more highly recommend them. They are friendly, easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and have an absolute wealth of resources for to help you when buying or selling a home. If you value professionalism, a commitment to excellence, high communication, and knowing that your agent is working tirelessly for you, you will love working with them. I don't enjoy moving and hope I never have to again, but if I do I will not even consider working with anyone else. I've already recommended them to multiple people and will continue to do so. Look no further if you want to reduce the stress of buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Aaron and Hazel are incredible. As first time sellers they were both very informative and communicated every step, answered every question and after just 2 days on the market we accepted a very generous offer, even closed early. I would highly recommend this team. They are so positive and upbeat, not once did we ever feel uncertain about our choice in realtors....

ZillowVERIFIED Aaron's team helped me buy my first investment property and was easy to work with from start to finish. Communication was solid, and he was always available when I needed him. He gave honest input when asked without being pushy, steering my offer, or pressuring me to waive inspections. Straightforward, level-headed, and respectful of my decisions. Id recommend him to investors, first-time buyers, sellers, or anyone looking for a well-rounded realtor who actually listens.

ZillowVERIFIED Aaron is a total rock star. Kind, attentive, responsive, and effective. I bought and sold houses twice with Aaron during my time in the Michiana area and each time he made the process incredibly smooth, transparent, and hassle-free. I generally do not submit online reviews, but Aaron is worth an overwhelmingly positive one -- I cannot recommend him highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Aaron and Hazel are very personable and put you at ease with their friendly manner. Aaron was great at keeping me informed about upcoming steps in home buying process. They worked hard to locate properties in which I might be interested . I had a conflict scheduling window replacement that seller had paid for but was going to occur after closing. Aaron volunteered to meet them at my home and wait for them to finish. This takes a large burden off my mind as I will be undergoing medical procedures that cannot be rescheduled. I would certainly recommend him to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were very happy that we decided to use Aaron to sell our house (referred by a friend). He was so great through the whole process. I was very pleased to find a realtor with a relaxed and genuinely warm personality. He totally put me at ease the first time I met him (I felt like I could trust him, which is important to me). He was always there to answer any questions (and there were a LOT) and was good at keeping us updated on any showings, open houses, and then throughout the whole selling process. He had a firm grasp on the market, knew our area well, had great suggestions, was good through the negotiation process, and definitely knew the ins and outs of the closing process. He is really good at his job. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Thank you, Aaron!

ZillowVERIFIED Cannot say enough good things about Aaron. He was super professional and helpful and has a great knowledge and sense of the marketplace. He was an expert communicator and was always in tune with our needs and questions and handled the transaction and negotiation with ease. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is selling their house and has questions about the marketplace. He combined art and science to arrive at a data-based figure which was right in tune with what the market would bear. Thanks so much for making our real estate experience a memorable and successful one!

ZillowVERIFIED What can my family and I say about Aaron? Throughout this entire process from finding a home, starting the contract, and on to the soon to be closing of our home, it never seemed like we were a bother with our million questions in which Aaron was never too busy to attend to. Both my wife and I felt very comfortable with his handling of our home purchase from the onset. Aaron is not only professional, but caring in his dealings with your best interest in mind. I would recommend Aaron to handle either a realty sell, or purchase, in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Aaron worked very hard to sell our home for us. We had to move out of the area suddenly after I was hired for my new job. Despite a relatively low commission for our small house, Aaron really took care of nearly everything for us after we left. He was very active showing the house and kept us up-to-date regularly. He arranged all the necessary repairs to satisfy the demand of the buyer and guided us through the closing process which we had to do remotely. I definitely recommend Aaron and very much appreciate his professionalism and commitment. It was a pleasure working with him!

ZillowVERIFIED Being new to the area, and first-time homebuyers, we were unsure really where to look or how to go about the process of buying a home. Aaron was the best option to lead us through the entire process. He was more than knowledgeable about the area, had our families best interest in mind with all of the homes he showed us, and truly worked to help us get the best house for the best price. If you are looking for a highly responsive, interactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice person to be your real estate agent, look no further than Aaron.

ZillowVERIFIED Aaron is such an awesome realtor to work with. I have worked with a couple of different realtors in my search for a home. He is the only one that has stuck by my side. He is very encouraging and will do whatever it takes to get you what you need. He is down to earth and just a great guy all around. He cares - and it shows. Thankful to have him around and looking forward to closing the deal on my dream home.

ZillowVERIFIED Aaron exceeded our expectations in the house buying and selling process. Our house received an offer in less than a week and we closed the deal shortly there after! Aaron was willing to show houses around our schedule and even on short notice once, when we saw a house that just hit the market

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Aaron Cowham to anyone who is interested in buying a home. He just recently help me find my home, he is very knowledgeable about the business. I told him what I wanted , we looked at several properties that fit the criteria and if there was something that was not right he was honest enough to say so, I was impressed by that alone. He was very responsive whenever I had a question, he never made we wait more than a few minutes to answer the question, He always got back to me immediately day or night since he was aware of my late work hours he made everything convenient for me and I truly appreciate that. I have worked with other realtors before but, Aaron was by far the very best!
