ZillowVERIFIED Aaron sold my house in Silver Springs, NV during the 1st quarter of 2025. He gave me excellent advice on how to stage my house including the landscaping. I used 4 of his vendors for preparing the house for sale and all of them did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. After all of the preparations were completed in late February, Aaron listed my house on a Thursday. On the following Monday, after 7 (seven!) agents showed my house to their clients, Aaron called me to discuss multiple offers. I accepted an offer of $10,000 over the asking price from very well qualified buyers. I watched home sales in Silver Springs, a small town, for over a year and homes similar to mine seemed to take between 2 to 4 months to sell after listing. Aaron sold mine for more than the asking price in only 4 days. I highly recommend Aaron Clark because he has A+ Process expertise and A+ negotiation skills. My 4-star rating for local knowledge is because Silver Springs is outside of his normal area of Reno/Sparks and yet he still seemed to run circles around the local realtors.

It was only natural that I insisted that my wife and I go through him in search of our first home. He gave us very honest opinions and things to do to prepare our home for marketing. I trusted all of his input, and he came through on everything. We listed our home on Thursday, and went into contract on the following Tuesday. We had lots of conversations during the process, and he was available for every call and had all the answers to our questions and concerns. Aaron answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking in. So, we decided to make the drive out to look at three houses that were our favorites. Long story short, Aaron helped us get the house of our dreams. Being from out of state Aaron made sure everything was taken care of. He kept us well informed and always was available to answer questions. This was by far the best experience we had buying a house. If you want someone who is honest, professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and darn right just a good person then he's your man.

ZillowVERIFIED Hands down the best Real Estate transaction Ive ever experienced! After having a poor experience with another local Realtor I decided to reach out to someone that I could trust to get the job done - thus I was introduced to Aaron. I interviewed him over the phone as I'm an out of state homeowner. He came across as friendly, confident, assertive but very professional. Aaron made an appointment with my current tenant to view the property and came back with some suggestions to market the property in order to obtain the highest value. I asked Aaron if I should come to Reno and review the property with him and sign listing agreement but he said that wasn't necessary and that he would take care of all the details. I learned early on to stay out of Aarons way and let him do his thing. He quickly set up all the necessary inspections, obtained new appraisal, met with contractors, suggested some minor repairs and strongly suggested replacing the original carpet (which I did). I have to admit now...the listing price Aaron wanted to enter the market was high - I would have taken a lot less as I was extremely motivated. It seemed like over night we received a respectable but low offer - Aaron countered at full asking and the next thing I knew we were in escrow! WOW!!! Closed in 30 days and during this extremely quick transaction I NEVER left my home office! AC sold my home for easily the highest priced 2/2 in Fluer de Lis and netted me thousands more than I expected!God bless Aaron Clark...he was truly amazing!!
