Now this is not a negative because he was excellent in negotiations; however he does not have to be. I believe his best negotiation quality is already been predetermined based on his reputation and mutual respect within the realtor community. The sellers agent was familiar with how Mr. Burnett takes care of his clients and knew nothing requested was unreasonable or ego based. This type of interaction makes other realtors anxious and open to easier negotiations. There were numerous issues needing attention with the older home we chose and everything was worked out to perfection by Mr. Burnett. Communication was excellent and he made us aware of everything during process. He has incredible connections in ABQ area which can benefit a potential buy or seller. I would recommend doing business with Mr. Burnette in a heartbeat.

The sale of the home faced several difficulties including the existence of an older septic system, water well rights, repairs and also the fact that it was the largest home in the area and probably overbuilt for the neighborhood. Despite these hurdles and despite my high expectations for achieving an above market sale price, Aaron took on the challenge and surprised even me. He represented me very well, he pushed for the highest sale price and conducted himself in a very professional manner. He also made the entire process very easy and there weren't and hiccups. Aaron is the most competent Realtor I have ever worked with. I highly recommend him and his brokerage for any real estate services.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home is stressfull... Selling a house is stressful. Especially when you are unfamiliar with the processes. Aaron was very patient with us and walked us through crossing all the Ts and dotting all the Is and got is in touch with all the right people. Good people too! I say that because here we are a couple months in and we discovered an issue under the slab of our Oldie-but-a-Goodie house that couldn't have been foreseen by the normal inspection process. This was very nerve racking and we assumed the worst as the plumbers themselves said stuff like this never gets covered and Aaron pointed out that the repairs WILL be covered by the home warranty he got us in to! This is saving us thousands of dollars... and did I mention that he sold our old house in one day? ONE DAY!!!
