I had met Aaron on several occasions as he lived in my mothers neighborhood and had helped us out a few times in the past. We decided to ask Aaron to sell moms house and are extremely happy we did. Aaron went right to work getting the house on the market almost immediately. He even helped prep the house and yard for the showings he had scheduled. Aaron showed me numerous homes and was always on top of every inquiry I had. He was very quick to respond to me asking for a showing of a house and was promptly on time to the showings. He assured me we will weed out the homes and find the right one in the end. The home I ended up buying was on the market for 10 hours. I contacted Aaron about a showing for this home around noon. 2 hours later we met at the home and put a bud in and came out ahead of the others who placed their bids. I?m very satisfied with my home and all the work Aaron provided for me in getting this home. Going through his right hand lender Vanessa was a breeze as well. All worked out great in the end and closing for the home happened on time and hassle free. Aaron truly is top notch agent and I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new home.
