ZillowVERIFIED Aaron went above and beyond to accommodate our schedules (we work late Monday through Friday, and sometimes on weekends) and changing specification (from Single Family Home to Multi-Unit). We had a broad area that we were open to look, and Aaron provided numerous properties for us to review, working closely with us to provide feedback on the concerns that we had/found, helping us differentiate between items that would require higher cost to repair, vs. those that would cost lower. Once we found the property we wanted, Aaron worked incessantly to negotiate with the other vendor to get us what we wanted at a reasonable price. I strongly recommend Aaron Aldama.

ZillowVERIFIED Aaron Aldama is honestly the best Realtor I could've found. He held my hand all the way through the process of buying my first house, explaining and answering all my annoying questions. A property would get listed, and after letting Aaron know about it, an appointment to view was usually the next day. I would recommend Aaron because he is very down to earth, listens to what you are looking for and makes great recommendations. A friend of mine initially referred me to another Realtor and it was a nightmare. Never answered my calls, it would take him 3-4 days to get back to me on appointments to see the houses and on top of that he would get so frustrated when I asked questions to the point of making me uncomfortable. Aaron answered his phone every single time I called and he was so patient with us. Thank you, Aaron for making our dream come true and being such a genuine and transparent professional.
