I would like to add that she is very well liked and has connections on flooring, paint, pool maintenance, etc., and is willing to share that information should you want to make any modifications to your home. Even after closing and being super busy with clients, Katrina has offered herself to help us out with getting things going in our home when we cant make it out that way (we are currently moving from the Bay Area). I would definitely work with her again if we are to sell or purchase a home. Although, we wont be having to move anytime soon since we love the house so much and plan to be here for a very long time.

We put our house on the market in the fall (not the ideal time to sell) and despite that, she successfully secured an offer for $5k over the list price in only 10 days! Also, in our first meeting with Katrina, she pointed out that real estate agents have a fiduciary duty -- i.e. a legal responsibility to act solely in the financial interest of their clients. We saw her take this responsibility seriously throughout the process, from the list price she suggested, to the improvements she suggested (and the more expensive ones that she did NOT advise us to undertake), to the way she kindly dealt with extra work created by the relocation service we were using ...
