ZillowVERIFIED Koroll was a pleasure to work with, and without her I am not sure the deal would have went through. Throughout the entire process Koroll was highly responsive and communicative. Her experience in real estate, familiarity with the market, and understanding of our "must-haves" made her insights carry a lot of value. I feel very fortunate to have had Koroll as our agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Koroll and her team were great to us! We called her on a Sunday to show us a house via FaceTime because we were out of state and she was able to show it to us on the same day. She showed us a condo the following Wednesday, we decided to make an offer and she helped us close in 2 weeks. Time was very important for us because we needed to move ASAP and she help us throughout the whole process. She understood what we needed and wanted and helped us make it possible. Highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED Koroll Haley was wonderful to me in guiding me through the process of selling my condo and buying a new one. I was very impressed by her negotiating skills . She was always there to quickly pickup my calls and answer my questions. Being an elderly woman she calmed my fears and everything went smoothly. I will certainly recommend her to others. ZillowVERIFIED I couldnt have done it without them. They took care of everything and answered all of my questions. My home was sold in 18 days. I accepted helpful hints on staging which really helped. They then helped me purchase a smaller home near by. A great experience all the way around.

She will get you the best price doesn't matter if you are selling or buying with her assistance. From the minute we met I felt at ease with the way she handles real estate business. ZillowVERIFIED I just closed on a condo in Oak Park with Koroll. I am so happy I worked with her. She was super responsive, highly knowledgeable, and worked with the unusual set of conditions I had to impose on the sale - I was living in California but buying in Chicago! She is very honest and a great person to work with. Working with Koroll put my mind at ease and made me much more confident about buying my lovely new home.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted them a couple of times regarding information on a foreclosure. Very little response. They only texted me, and never got back to me when they said they would. I never got a chance to work with them. I would like to be put in contact with someone that really knows foreclosures, because I am ready to buy. Looking at Oak Park, IL area, but I will also consider other areas.

ZillowVERIFIED What can I say about Koroll other than the fact she was the reason why we were able to obtain our dream home. She was exceptionally resilient, encouraging, and very patient helping us to go through the challenging process of purchasing a home. Without her level of expertise and wherewithal to support our efforts to acquire the property, it simply would not have happen. Much love for you Koroll! Keep making dreams come true for families to purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Koroll Haley, our broker, knew exactly how to handle the sale of our house from start to finish. She knew the best price to list it at; how to negotiate the sale of it and get us to close on it. ALL WITHIN 5 WEEKS TIME. I would recommend her and Allen Snyder to anyone that tells me they have a desire to sell or buy a home.
