We would routinely arrive at open houses as early as possible only to find out that the house had already gone to another bidder even when the bar sellers suggested they were not accepting pre-open house offers. We told Alyssa that we wanted to be those people who were able to get the house first. We were discouraged. Alyssa was a confident and consummate professional throughout. She was easy to work with very friendly and really cared about us. We were able to purchase our current home because Alyssa called us advising us that we had several hours to get our offer in in another situation where they werent accepting offers prior to the open house.
