Weve had the pleasure of working with the Munoz Group while first buying a home in Austin six years ago and then again this year to sell our home when life took us away from Austin When you work with an incredible team like the one Lisa has assembled you should feel like you are truly taken care of I cant express enough how much that is the case with Lisa Teel and Helen When we were first time home buyers we interviewed a few realtors before finding Lisa From our initial meeting with her it was clear that she deeply cares about her clients From taking the time to explain the state of the market making sure we knew what we wanted in a home and preparing us for the sellers market of 2019 it was evident that she and her team were the right people to help us Having successfully guided us through the process of finding a home in late 2019 she was the first person we thought of when we knew we were leaving Austin And it was like as if nothing had changed in the 6 years since we worked with her She took the time to understand our needs helped us understand how the market had changed recently all with the same enthusiasm and positivity that we had come to know This time we got the absolute pleasure of working with her and Teel Teel was easily the MVP of our sales process We worked with Lisa and Teel on coming up with a plan for some repairs and improvements to the home We had to leave Austin a few months before all the work could be done so Teel managed all the contractors coming in and out of the house making sure that work was done to a high quality and keeping us informed on any and every problem that couldve come up They gave us peace of mind that the house was being taken care of while we werent able to be there Teels compassion and partnership throughout the sale process was beyond anything we couldve asked for Throughout the sale process Lisa and Teel kept us updated on any changes happening in the market possible competition for our house and letting us know what potential buyers were saying about the home They were always proactive in keeping us informed It never felt like we were alone in the process or that any suggestion we made would fall on deaf ears They made us feel very supported and kept us afloat through a challenging housing market for sellers We would be remiss if we didnt also shout out Helen who made all the paperwork so easy both through the buying and selling processes Keeping track of the many forms obligations and working with lenders and title companies is not something that anyone necessarily thinks about when buyingselling a home Thankfully we had Helen to guide us through those processes to keep us updated and connected with the right people Helen made all the back office work a breeze which is not something one should take lightly While the work is very often unseen it is vital to getting through a close All in all we cant recommend working with the Munoz group any more If youre looking to buy or sell in Austin they should be at the top of your list of realtors to work with

Hands down, the best real estate experience we've ever had! We first discovered Janine 5 years ago when we were considering a move to Austin. I stumbled across one of her listings on the reality Austin website and decided to subscribe to her email list. From her very first newsletter, I could tell she was different from every other real estate agent I'd come across--knowledgeable, insightful, and genuinely passionate about Austin real estate. Life took a few unexpected turns and our plans to move were put on hold, but I stayed subscribed to her updates all these years because they were always so informative and well-curated. Just closed on the perfect house for me in Austin, and I am so grateful to Juanita and the rest of the Munoz group team for working with me with such care, humor, and professionalism. It was a joy to work with them and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

There are no professionals I recommend more--and more enthusiastically--than Lisa Munoz and her team. We've just bought our third house with Lisa, Teel, Juanita, and Helen. I honestly couldn't imagine going through the experience with any other team. They saved us money, ran rings around other agents, and were there at any time to answer questions--day or night. We sold our house in a lukewarm market in ten days with multiple offers because Teel and Lisa told us just what to do to get our house ready to sell. We'd planned on spending money making changes that wouldn't have added value. Then Lisa and Teal came over, made a detailed list of repairs and improvements, and boom: for less money, we sold our house for more money, and fast. They invest in marketing, absolutely--but they also invest in the sale. I have a memory of Teel getting down on the floor to meticulously straighten the fringe on a rug for the photos. That's how invested the Munoz Group is in their clients. I was never the easiest-going customer, but Teal was so patient and knowledgeable, they made me believe I could be! Once we had the parameters of our search in place, Lisa sent us one property to consider above others. We spent a few weeks visiting countless houses with Juanita, often with Lisa dropping in to check things out. After making offers on three other properties that (thankfully!) didn't work out, we visited the house Lisa first sent us. It was perfect then, and it's perfect now--we know, because now we live in it! There was no better house out there for us. That's Lisa's intuition and know how. Juanita went to bat for us, and repeatedly talked us out of settling for less. She's an absolute pro and a consummate negotiator. Friendly, smart, super knowledgeable, and with nerves of steel--that's Juanita. One last thing: we met with Lisa over a year ago to discuss selling our house and buying a new one. We were unsure and the market was terrible. She patiently listened, gave us facts and figures, and, ultimately, she advised us NOT TO SELL. A year later, things were different, and we were ready, and Lisa was there and ready to go. Any real estate agent who listens and concludes that their client shouldn't sell or buy is a real estate agent you can trust absolutely. Five billion gold stars for the Munoz Group!
